Well too expensive for that garbage for now.
The trips, yes the trips. That is the TARGET.
0.0009 or lower,
After all it is the real value of this bucket of CRAP.
Sell now, not a chance! Where can you buy diversification with great potential ( verticals) all in one stock at bargain basement prices? We’ve found the needle in the haystack. Selling would be crazy. This is THE TIME TO BUY. “ Investment calls the tune” eco prof Dr.Clayton always started his classes with. Really didn’t understand what that ment. DA, I do now. And that I was 60 years ago. That’s the definition of a slow learner.:)
Good Job. Thanks for the cheapies. When the good news hits I will be having the last laugh:)
Its a shame so many OTC companies, like PCT, arent straight with their investors
Finding out things like the $0.001 shares for RBC or the collapse of the UK or the fugazy 1m gals are realized long after the fact..
If they werent so FOS so often, there are those that could truly help a company like PCT
Cannot imagine how incompetent management is with this company LOL. Imagine letting an opportunity like COVID pass you by with your business model being selling disinfectant tech/product and have nothing to show for your company. Total failures.
As said before... the UK for a while now has been known as IF it happens, when it happens. No one has been suggesting it was anything otherwise. The story has not changed.
Pathisol continues to do their thing, I will continue to follow it. No one has said that the relationship has been severed. At some point I expect it will develop into something for PCT unless we hear that they have cut ties.
Not currently a viable revenue option just means that nothing is happening now. Could change tomorrow, next week, or next year. IF it happens, when it happens.
Why didnt the CFO explain what happened in the UK??
Nothing!!!
Just move on to the next pipe dream
A little girl operating a lemonade stand can say the UK is not CURRENTLY a viable revenue option
Again... that's NOT what he said.
On a previous podcast, Art said IF it happens and when it happens... sounds like he is sticking with that, and that's probably the right way to look at it.
On this podcast, he did not say PCT is no longer involved or any of the things being purported as facts. He said the UK is not CURRENTLY a viable revenue option. That's what he said, and all that he said.
Before investing in, or holding, another share of PCTL, please listen to the August 2022 podcast
In addition, please review PCTs recent 10Q filing showing the following:
$892 in cash
$ 117,056 in current assets
$3,882,784 in current liabilities
$ 584,575 in total revenues for 6 months in 2022 against PCTs conservative projections of $5m for 2022
PCT stated that performance is not as expected
Potential is real.
Listen for yourself
Don't fall others interpretations.
After listening to PCTs podcast, it turns out your assessment of PCTs involvement was 100% on the money!!
PCT in the UK was another flop!!
The CFO stated AG would become profitable in 2024!! lol
I concur, very well said, He also said AG is a very viable source of income
According to the CFO, PCTs top & bottom lines are "very disappointing"
Pivot to projections!! lol No longer focused on projections.. no revisions of the $5m BS story!!!
Instead, projections evolved into predictions. So they can project nonsense but predictions are different.
Why did they bother with this dumb podcast? Spinning every disaster like the UK, Nigeria etc into how they are talking to engineers and blah blah blah on a daily basis
Btw, the expert biocide was dead right on the money regarding the UK
As bleak a picture the CFO described, even more incredible is, as the Chief Financial Officer, no mention of financing!!
$892 cash, a massive current ratio hole and not a peep of how to survive or what PCT is doing to keep the lights on
That's not what he said, but go ahead and spin it that way.
Yes he said the the UK is currently not a viable source of revenue. That does not mean it is never going to be, or that it is BS, etc.
And for Nigeria- he said that the MOU was real but then things fell apart after that step. That does not mean it was BS.
Yes things are frustrating. I still believe in Art's leadership on the continuing makeover happening at PCT. I appreciate his honesty on things as they are now.
Not going to get into it any further here, quality discussion without the spin better done elsewhere.
The two biggest take aways from the podcast
Art admits the UK is bullshit and not a viable source of revenue
Art admits the MOU with the Nigerian scam company is bullshit.
Let's see, where have we heard all that before? Yep, that's right, you heard all that right here, first
So now that the oil and gas distraction is known bs, where does that leave things with that vertical? Haven't heard much on that front.
Healthcare? Guess we're stuck waiting on ace to take it to the moon for us.
Remember all that bullshit about the UK being legit and how pathisol is the ticket to UK success? Guess what... All bullshit. I'd be very surprised if pct Europe is even still using pct equipment. Remember when pct divested is interests in pct Europe and gave up its ownership stake? Looks like they gave up any involvement in the UK. (but don't worry, honest art says they're chasing down other, not named, and totally vague opportunities outside the US. Definitely not dangling carrots and definitely not trying to recoup his money he lent pct lol)
What a sham this pos company is. At this point, the only avenue shareholders have is to lodge complaints with the SEC. Glta.

What's going on with PCTL? I haven't been here since 1.2 cents. Thanks.
thegreencandle "There's a decent number people who made investments and suffered losses as a result of lies and misleading statements made by company leadership and insiders." I agree with that. But I am pretty sure Gary will not end up behind bars. He excelled in coming with misleading statements that created optimism without a good basis for these statements. Therefore the market has almost all t he time been too optimistic about prospecs for this company and the stock price has unduly reflected this optimism. This situation has persisted year after year including this year. Revenues of 5 million dollars (which is hardly enough to break even) have been "promised" fairly recently as far as I remember. This looks less and less credible now that September is soon here.
Yes, Buy Now, flip throughout the year and accumulate!
GO PCTL$
Already previously stated. Usually quiet here late nights.
10-Q had what he covered. On to Q3/Q4, 2023, beyond.
$PCTL
Anybody other than the podcast host have an opinion of the podcast?
It’s very quiet here.
Yup. I’m so stoked. Have a nice evening.
Here’s to Q3/Q4 fins, 2023, and beyond.
$PCTL
Pretty obvious pct is done.
No more arguments can be made that they're going to amount to anything. Not with a straight face anyway.
Hopefully this story ends with Gary in a jail cell.
It's a good time to register complaints with the sec. There's a decent number people who made investments and suffered losses as a result of lies and misleading statements made by company leadership and insiders. Glta
Nice price action today.
Holding up well!!!
Read that bullshit before. Timing is everything, dudes.
Holding strong, adding more, and smiling widely. GLA
$PCTL
Investors that have made trades based on @PCTL_ lies and false statements. Your losses are cause for motion and amount to the criminality of misleading of investors and omissions of material facts. You should file your complaints with the SEC and the South Carolina Attorney General.
LOL
That well informed person is with a competitive company. They state that right in their post.
.
PCTL’s Q2 10-Q podcast is available on Facebook. Interesting indeed.
Due to webmaster technical issues, 2022 Q2 10Q podcast will not be on http://PCTL.com website until tomorrow. It should be up by 10am.

UK is a dead issue.
People can chatter all they want about ppm/ machines, etc. it means zilch.
It’s been 2 years, pandemic peak and if there was ever going to be sales that added to PCTLtd U.S. bottom line it would have happened.
Just another jack rabbit start that has resulted in nothing.
Oil and Gas will be another flop along with agriculture.
Patents, Letters written by authoritative people, testing, network of distributors, uncollectable contracts etc have all failed to bring in the revenue that management has forecasted for the last two years.
Now the Co. is borrowing $$$ from its own CFO to stay alive.
When you put together all that’s not happened vs the little that has it speaks for itself.
JMO
can someone please post when the podcast is and a link, I cannot seem to find it online, assumed it was after market close. thanks
According to person that appears to be well informed, PCT seems to have only 2 problems in the UK
inferior fluids
inferior equipment
This UK adventure thats been going on for some time may already be in the dumpster
Is PCT not letting investors know ?
Its been quite some time since the 25 systems/month BS story
And now all know your post content is BS based off being a PCT direct competitor.
Bingo... now we have the answer...
We manufacture a range of non-HOCL products
Dear Godogh
We are EU based and not UK, and as we are not PCTL investors, it is very-much up to you and your colleagues to verify information. We keep monitoring disinfectant products, manufacturers EU & UK-wide and especially claims made. We manufacture a range of non-HOCL products and like many in this trade, we are concerned that low quality product is entering the market under the name of UK NHS. Fair competition is OK. Abuse of a key marketing advantage is not. It's your money folks so do your own investigations. We have, and like others here, have serious concerns.
I just checked the Pool Water in my Pool. It’s 5,000 ppm! All I need now is some plastic bottles and stickers! Maybe I could buy them from PCTL and help them get to the 5 million!
Clorox Koolaide
All In Art’s Loan Service
Shoulda Sold Long Ago
No $ made Only Bag Holding
Nanobuble Monkey Pox Crystal Turd
Maverick ordered another gallon of the million gallon order
No lease revenue because it’s sold for pennies on the dollar
Your posts content are full of horseshit, period !!!!!!
Do you have the specs for PCT's Gen 2 machines? Are you aware of their PPM range? I don't have the exact specs but I believe that both the Annihilyzer and the LV's have a range of customizable settings, including going up into the higher range of PPM.
It seems to me that claims are being thrown out here based on incomplete or inaccurate premise.
We do know that NYC hospitals have been happy with the machines. I find it hard to believe that some of the best hospitals in the world would keep using and give good reviews on "inferior machines".
Well, thats a game changer
PCTL is at the lowest end of the market for poor quality HOCL with a inferior machine compared to top class competitors with far better quality HOCL lasting far longer in containers and better machinery capable of 1000ppm up to 4000ppm, many with internet connectivity to the manufacturer to monitor, service and adjustments.
Mr. Biocide.
One thought, Since you make the allegation, You get the letter.
Simple answer is to seek a signed written response
Namtae - It really does matter which HOCL. PCTL is up against some highly capable competitors and is the sole reason PCTL's sales are so poor. Then consider that 90% potential customers do not use HOCL, having adopted other chemicals that they consider adequate. To change those to HOCL is a massive task.
Does it really matter whose hocl theyre using? Is there very much distinction between manufacturers if they produce hocl at 600ppm?
The bigger question is, when all the never ending testing is completed, which equipment will be purchased/leased to generate the hocl in hospitals
It wouldnt surprise me a bit that PCTs agreements with Europe are as flimsy as everything else they do. Probably on course for another dead end...
Simple answer is to seek a signed written response from TUTUM confirming that PCTL's HOCL is being used by NTH Solutions on the NHS trials...?
The Annihilizer may still be on NHS premises, but exactly what/whos HOCL is being tested...?
Thanks so much for those important clarifications.
It’s a moot point.
I think it’s quite obvious over the past couple years how little the European arena has contributed to PCT Ltd bottom line.
JMO
Since the Annihilyzer is capable of producing 600ppm, it would take confirmation from TUTUM & NTH that they've switched systems..
Notice I said confirmation from TUTUM & NTH, not PCT.. because PCT has demonstrated too many times they cant be trusted to be straight with investors

Our products (equipment) and solutions (Hydrolyte® and Catholyte Free®) are designed to take an environmentally conscious approach to combat the spread of infectious disease in the healthcare and Cleaning/Sanitation industries, as well as contributing to the sustainability of global natural resources in the agriculture markets.
Our technology produces an effective pre-determined PPM Hypochlorous Acid (HOCl) solution that is created through an electrolytic process called Electro-Chemical Activation (ECA). It occurs by temporarily changing the makeup of water, bypassing weak salt brine through an electrolytic cell, and temporarily changing the properties of the salt water into a powerful oxidizing agent, exhibiting highly effective antimicrobial properties.
Many billions of dollars a year are spent by individuals, organizations, and the health care system to treat people who get infectious diseases caused by microbes including bacteria, viruses, and fungi. With the advent of adaptive and ever more dangerous microorganisms called “superbugs”, the danger of acquiring life-threatening infections is real and growing. This danger affects everyone anytime they are in space where people gather, any microbe contaminating that space is a possible source of infection. With American’s spending 20 or more hours a day indoors, much of it in spaces that are not cleaned and sanitized/ disinfected properly, the threat of infection is constant, growing, and dangerous, particularly to our vulnerable populations of the very young, elderly and infirm.
Infectious diseases were associated with an economic burden of over $120 billion in the U.S. in 2014. Antibiotic-resistant infections cost Americans $20 billion in direct medical costs and $35 billion in lost productivity in 2014. A particularly acute problem is Hospital Acquired Infections (HAIs) which are increasingly hard to kill or treat effectively. As a result, doctors struggle to contain, fight and cure increasingly antibiotic-resistant infections such as MRSA, and C. Diff. The more antibiotics, medicines, pesticides and disinfectants are used to kill them, the quicker the microorganisms adapt, becoming ever stronger and more drug-resistant. Researchers estimate that, if the U.S. could reduce the number of hospital-acquired infections by 20%, healthcare providers would save nearly $7 billion per year. Insurance companies are beginning to deny coverage for treatment of HAIs, forcing hospitals to self-insure. This will create an immense financial and risk-management burden on hospitals, long-term medical, rehabilitation, and assisted living facilities.
Overcoming the problem of microbial contamination and infectious disease can be straightforward. It requires proper products, equipment, protocols, education, and training for comprehensive and reliable cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting solutions.PCT Corp. offers these with its comprehensive “Green Cleaning” and Infection Control Systems. Infectious microbes cannot develop resistance to the cleaning and sanitizing products PCT Corp. uses and they are much less toxic to humans or pets than traditional agents such as bleach and ammonia.
The products are used through a commercially-ready, patented, integrated product and technology solution for total facility cleaning and sanitizing. This system and solution, The PCT Annihilyzer® Infection Control System, was specifically designed for use in hospitals, assisted living and nursing homes, and other large facilities. In various configurations, the solution system can be deployed in urgent care centers, medical, dental, and veterinary practices, and other health care facilities. A complete and custom turn-key cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfection program solution can be provided to each facility. It is also adaptable to deployment in schools, prisons, hotels, and many other facilities.
PCT has launched a major marketing and sales effort in the hospital facilities market and The PCT Annihilyzer® System has now been deployed in several hospitals in the eastern U.S.

Nano-Catholyte treated oil on its way to an oil refinery
Hospital-acquired infections (HAI) — also known as a nosocomial infection — is an infection that is contracted from the environment or staff of a healthcare facility. It can be spread in the hospital environment, nursing home environment, rehabilitation facility, clinic, or other clinical settings. In the United States, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention estimated roughly 1.7 million hospital-associated infections, from all types of microorganisms, including bacteria and fungi combined, cause or contribute to 99,000 deaths each year.
Our goal is to provide solutions to this issue, by outfitting a healthcare setting with the technology and guidance needed to effectively get the job done - all through a dedicated partnership to prevent and eradicate the spread of infectious disease.
Oil and Gas:
Waste Water Treatment
Our system helps to decontaminate “frac” water for reuse in the fracking process, saving the industry millions of dollars and preserving the world’s water supply. Some of the many benefits of our system/process include: Elimination of highly toxic chemicals currently used for decontamination, reduced negative environmental impact, reduced recovery costs and potentially opening new areas for oil and gas retrieval.
Turning “Sour” Crude Oil to “Sweet”
In other areas in the gas and oil industry that presents a challenge is in treating existing wells for the presence of H2S of hydrogen sulfide. H2S is a large and growing problem in the industry, due to its continued introduction of bacteria in the fracking process. H2S causes increased production costs. Our solutions reduce those costs and reduce the environmental impact.
Agriculture:
In the agriculture world, through USDA grants and multiple studies by universities around the world, Hypochlorous acid solutions have been tested and proven effective against yield-reducing crop pathogens in post-harvest applications to include sanitizing at point of harvest, point of packing and points of sale.
We are hoping to help stop these crop-devastating pathogens with our hypochlorous solutions that are known to be environmentally responsible and designed to improve and maintain crop yields, to produce a healthier overall harvest.
School Systems:
Dedicated to the success of students, schools are faced with a multitude of challenges to reach their goal of providing a solid education and an environment for healthy growth. To add to the list of responsibilities of school administrators, the battle of keeping absenteeism down, preventing the spread of infectious disease and keeping a clean environment bears a heavy load. Not only are the traditional cleaning products losing their effectiveness - thus allowing drug/antimicrobial resistant pathogens to wreak havoc - they are also polluting the indoor air with volatile organic compounds (VOCs) that are known to cause respiratory-related issues, headaches and other ailments.
By providing daycare facilities, school systems and universities with a better alternative to poisonous, caustic chemical cleaning/antimicrobial agents, we’re providing a more productive environment. Not only are you killing germs with a product that eradicates them completely - keeping them from becoming resistant - you’re doing so with a product that doesn’t cause harm to the user, students or faculty.
Hotel and Tourism:
Similar to the healthcare environment, the hotel and tourism industry (i.e resorts, airports, cruise ships, etc.) are subject to communicable diseases. In the healthcare market, they are referred to as Hospital-Acquired Infections/Healthcare-Associated Infections (HAIs) and in the hotel and tourism industry, they are known as Community-Acquired Infections. With as many different people traveling through these areas, from all sorts of countries and carrying various types of ailments or pathogens with them, consider the potential for an uncontrollable spread of these germs.
Outbreaks are typically caused by lack of proper processes and/or a failing product. Our ECA technology is designed to help anyone in the industry to get a grip on the issue and succeed at their main goal: providing an awesome experience for their guests.
Food Service/Production:
Our sanitizer strength solution meets the requirement of the FDA and USDA, to be a non-rinse sanitizing agent. In the world of dealing with food, why not use a product that actually kills food-borne pathogens - without containing any toxic chemicals that would harm the quality of the product?
Whether you’re dealing with meat, poultry or just need to maintain a facility’s defense against Salmonella/E. coli, contact us about using our solutions
Forget harsh, toxic chemicals. Our process only requires salt, water and electricity to produce two products –a chlorine-based antimicrobial agent and an excellent degreasing cleaner.
Our technology produces an effective variable PPM hypochlorous acid solution that is created through an electrolytic process called Electro-Chemical Activation (ECA). It occurs by temporarily modifying the properties of water, by passing weak salt brine through an electrolytic cell and temporarily changing the properties of the salt water into a powerful oxidizing agent exhibiting highly effective antimicrobial properties.
Catholyte or sodium hydroxide, is an aqueous solution that is the natural byproduct of the electrolysis process, and is used to reduce microbe contamination and soil loads that can harbor germs on hard surfaces.
Catholyte is also a very effective degreaser and is a great option to safely clean floors without hazardous fumes, thus improving indoor air quality.
