Yes he said the the UK is currently not a viable source of revenue. That does not mean it is never going to be, or that it is BS, etc.

And for Nigeria- he said that the MOU was real but then things fell apart after that step. That does not mean it was BS.

Yes things are frustrating. I still believe in Art's leadership on the continuing makeover happening at PCT. I appreciate his honesty on things as they are now.
