On a previous podcast, Art said IF it happens and when it happens... sounds like he is sticking with that, and that's probably the right way to look at it.

On this podcast, he did not say PCT is no longer involved or any of the things being purported as facts. He said the UK is not CURRENTLY a viable revenue option. That's what he said, and all that he said.
