I agree and this is where my contempt for these people come in.... you know that you have all of this red tape to get done yet you still go forward telling everyone your taking over.... this creates a buzz and a buying frenzy and then everything goes cold while you wait for the process to unfold. So just keep your mouth shut, dont post on a message board for God's sake... lay low and when you have it all complete then come out and let everyone know what is going on.
Doing it the way Jeff and who ever else is involved simply opened the door for the people who want to make false claims about dumping and dilution and everything else under the sun. And I realize that this will be unpopular but staff of IHUB and any other message board.... use the social media that the SEC has authorized, X Twitter or what ever its called... LinkedIn..... Instagram sites where you are not labeled a stinky pinky CEO pumping his stock.... I know he is not pumping...but that does not prevent everyone from saying he is.... Speak thru social media or thru an actual Press Release...
This post is directed at every pink sheet Reverse Merger CEO who has done the exact same thing... and they have all had to dig out of a hole that announcing before you 100% ready to go has caused them.... patience is the key with one of there.
I think once the ticker change goes through, people will take this one more seriously and I'm sure it'll have a major jump pps wise. Given the latest from Jeff it may be 4-6 weeks from now with regards to the submission/paperwork/process, etc.

Need the game plan, the projections and anything else that will show there is a light at the end of what was a very long dark and empty tunnel. I think this has traded just the way every sub penny pinksheet shell has when a RM takes place... people try to catch lightning in a bottle and run it up then not much happens and they move on... leaving the investors with patience waiting for the story to play out...
I know they have this new thing going on here, but in the past, this one has been this way for a long time. That's why I was only picking up small bits after it fell back below .004. At the time, I had no idea how long before something brought it back up. I can say, at least now, there's an active story going on here.

So... Same CEO for both the YCRM and NREG shells (prior to the mergers...) Seems, er, odd... especially after the thing about the deal pulling being a surprise. I mean, if a CEO over a shell pulled a deal with you 3 days before telling you, and you find out in an 8K, would you make another deal with him?

That was almost two hours ago and a whole whopping 160,000 shares traded since then and 143,000 of those were at the ASK as buys... BaaaaWhaaaaa
If any of you out there own this and your confessed on how dilution works, actually works... how shares can be converted and sold on the open market to create dilution please take some time to google it and find out the true answers. If your simply reading posts on this or any board and your hearing terms like "Front Load" or "Wash Rinse and Repeat" of just constant rhetoric about how this is being diluted every day.... your being played, there is no such thing as any of it.... You need to stop and think and you need to do the math, and you need to know how convertible debt actually works...
What is real is Market Maker Manipulation.... which is legal in penny land, legal because the SEC has neither the time or concern about investors getting fucked at this level. This is what is happening here... its not actual dilution its manipulation.... if you simply stop panic selling then the manipulation will stop as well.
There was zero volume on this until 10:18 and then from that time until 10:44 a whopping 111,000 shares were sold. The price went from .0239 to .0195.... if you average out those prices then you will see that just a little over $3000 was crossed hands... Which means if only OINE person was the seller that not bad for 30 minutes of work... problem is it was not just one person... it all went through 3 different Market Makers... so there were 3, 4 maybe 5 people who sold...So everyone made a couple hundred bucks.... and unless they bought at below .0195 they all lost money.... Ignore the noise or you will continue to lose money trying to play on the OTC until your broke... like the thousands of people who have come before you. There are more losers then winners playing this game.
My bad, on the control question. I know OTC takes time, but never heard anything like that with Nv.. So makes no sense not to get that done. They are putting it out there that it's their company and it takes no time to see that it is registered in Nv., but when anyone looks for it, it says that a Pink CEO with a rep for dilution is in control????????????????????? SMH

Then to be clear, you have control of the Transfer Agent, they must go thru you and your management team before any restricted shares can have the Restricted Stamp removed from any certificates.... so on the call will you address the question of your management team having authorized any Restricted Stamps being removed and what is the percentage of certs that can be converted on a daily basis...
You have to know that the only thing that matters at this point of your newly acquired company and stock is if its going to be diluted down to 1 cent or lower before you can activate your business plan.
To be clear, The PickleJar Management has control. We have made the submissions for OTC Markets to change the information and are awaiting the changes. There are a number of regulatory steps we must take since our announcement 11/27 (literally 7 business days ago). Speculation helps no one...ever.
Ok I was under the impression he had control of it. If he does not then who does? Because if it’s still under control of the previous management then they can bleed it dry… if and when he does then he has some control of the amount of shares that can convert on a daily basis.
Until he has control of the ticker, I don't know that he can address what previous shareholders are doing. My point was only that there are no new shares added to the OS.
That was not my question.... even on a pinksheet if a holder is selling shares that have been converted they still must notify the company they are selling them and they must also abide by the parameter's that are set for shares to be sold... generally its a percentage of the daily volume and or the amount that the PPS is permitted to go down. The OS has nothing to do with it... that number is for any new issued restricted shares from the Authorized shares or newly converted... anyone having past converted shares still have to abide by the parameter's Thats what I am asking him to address
