Then to be clear, you have control of the Transfer Agent, they must go thru you and your management team before any restricted shares can have the Restricted Stamp removed from any certificates.... so on the call will you address the question of your management team having authorized any Restricted Stamps being removed and what is the percentage of certs that can be converted on a daily basis...

You have to know that the only thing that matters at this point of your newly acquired company and stock is if its going to be diluted down to 1 cent or lower before you can activate your business plan.
