That was not my question.... even on a pinksheet if a holder is selling shares that have been converted they still must notify the company they are selling them and they must also abide by the parameter's that are set for shares to be sold... generally its a percentage of the daily volume and or the amount that the PPS is permitted to go down. The OS has nothing to do with it... that number is for any new issued restricted shares from the Authorized shares or newly converted... anyone having past converted shares still have to abide by the parameter's Thats what I am asking him to address
