I agree and this is where my contempt for these people come in.... you know that you have all of this red tape to get done yet you still go forward telling everyone your taking over.... this creates a buzz and a buying frenzy and then everything goes cold while you wait for the process to unfold. So just keep your mouth shut, dont post on a message board for God's sake... lay low and when you have it all complete then come out and let everyone know what is going on.

Doing it the way Jeff and who ever else is involved simply opened the door for the people who want to make false claims about dumping and dilution and everything else under the sun. And I realize that this will be unpopular but staff of IHUB and any other message board.... use the social media that the SEC has authorized, X Twitter or what ever its called... LinkedIn..... Instagram sites where you are not labeled a stinky pinky CEO pumping his stock.... I know he is not pumping...but that does not prevent everyone from saying he is.... Speak thru social media or thru an actual Press Release...

This post is directed at every pink sheet Reverse Merger CEO who has done the exact same thing... and they have all had to dig out of a hole that announcing before you 100% ready to go has caused them.... patience is the key with one of there.
