The MDM is pleased to announce that in addition to Aouvier, EDWARD STEVENSON has joined the board as an assistant moderator!
Edward is known to many of you following the ARTI boards here, and I can tell you from my phone conversations and private messages that he will be a valued participant in the MDM.
His DD is solid, and he will be an asset to our tem. Take a minute to welcome him!

Hi guys... I just wanted to let you all know that the very first Million Dollar March "Top 10 List" list has now been posted to the main board page (http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/board.aspx?board_id=15517)!
You will also see that this morning, the "Stocks to Watch" list has also been updated for our July 6th play.
We now all have 2 tasks at hand. First off, from the "Top 10" list, we all need to dig a little deeper on those 10 stocks and post DD to the boards. This is important as this weekend, from Friday through Sunday, the team will vote from those 10 stocks and choose our play for June 29th!
Secondly, as we all did the very basic DD on the "Stocks to Watch" list last week, we need to do the same for the new list so we can vote this weekend on a "Top 10" list for our July 6th play.
So here's my suggestion: On the MDM main board, each one of us should take either 5-10 stocks from the "Stocks to Watch - July 6th" list (in order) to perform some basic DD on. The stocks all have a number next to them in the spreadsheet.
Before selecting your stocks, look at the message board to see where we stand. Let's just take them in numeric order.
Post a message to the message board stating (for example) "Stocks #2-12 will be DD'd by Joe Schmo" ... That way, the next member of the team knows that those are accounted for and that the next "number" is 13. I would suggest either 5-10 stocks from each one of us...
Please post your findings on the stocks you research on the board using the method shown here: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=38780481. You may find that there is no need to further look into a stock, or you may find that we are sitting on a gold mine. Whether or not you find a ton, please post ANY findings (including "Nothing Going Ons" to this board.
If you have any questions, feel free to post to this board, or email cherman99@aol.com and we'll get them answered.
Thanks in advance. The march begins soon!
Chris
Nice idea, from 1k to da moon
Is ARTI the first official pick? I would like to rebuild, let´s see what happens...
As you know Chris, I would also consider BBDA at the beginning of July!
Decent chart still on its way down imo unless news kickstarts it. Macd and ADX points down but could be interesting in the next few days

Good looking list, IDGI is just starting here IMO. Do some DD on the IDGI board and see why I believe we are just starting here!!!
YOYOMAN, this is my first post here. Thank you Aouvier and Chris, can't wait till JULY 1st. You guys have been good friends and can't wait to start trading with you.
Thank YOU and Happy Fathers Day
Jerry L.
Thats Good idea Darth. We really should have entry date and a range for entry and exit points. I am assuming that when bunch of people hit the buys on Monday (or the day, we going to buy) morning it may shoot up before all us get on it. same case when we all are trying to exit the price may shoot down before we all of us exit. may not be a case for all stocks but mostly possible with Pennies (my assumption). So it would be better if we have a range of entry and exit points (considering support and resistance levels) to make sure we hit our 20% target for every one. first person who got in may gain slightly higher percentage as he is going to wait till we hit the 20% for the last person who would have bought at a slightly higher price because of all our buys. jmo.
In agreement with ya NMV. Also I'd like to add that we need entry plans and also we need to have chart comfirmation to enter I think. So I was thinking we should narrow down to the top 5 and then setup entry plans based on support and resistance etc.. and then we would have a choice based on their chart which one to enter on planned entry date.
Yeah! it was really informative and learned a lot. hope you guys utilise if you want on next tuesday... :) have a great time.

###############################################################
we are happy to offer our members a "chart reading training session tonight in our stock chat room at 8pm est!! Our presenter will be raec! Many of you know her, she is one of our VIP members of the site and does a great job breaking down charts.
The training session will cover the basics of the following indicators Williams %R, Relative Strength Index (RSI), and Parabolic SAR. The class is about 2 to 3 hours long and is meant to be interactive which will include practice on reading the charts. The training will be in the "After Hours TA" room in our stock chat room. So log into the chat room by clicking on this link www.stockhideout.com/visichat and one you are in the MAIN room (that you auto log into) then click on "After Hours TA" word on the left column under room list.
Topics are usually selected from requests made at the end of the session. The discussion is interactive. chatters will be respectful of one another and this is a great place to ask questions. This class is discussion style, rather than a lecture.
Always have your list of stocks on watch, since she may request an example to illustrate a particular point or to give us practice.
SEE YOU ALL THERE!!

NMV, that is true, voting on the Top 10 for further DD for selection of June 29th pick... keep that in mind guys....
Chris
I am sure, folks in the team are much more smarter than me in trading. but just want to bring some thing that i was thinking while looking at voting. we are doing voting of these stocks for the first week of july and i guess that what we should concentrate. just for example, ARTI is good play for the next week because we may be expecting acquisition news next week. but may not be a good play for first week of july (i am assuming, because of profit taking). so just thinking we should consider that while choosing top plays and voting. i am sure, you guys know this, still want to post this just as a reminder. let me know if i am wrong in thinking. just took ARTI as example because thats what we all talk about much. not saying any thing negative about it.
Thank you
-NMV
Thanks, gonna truly be a team effort and work in progress as we all have input throughout the program... Was pleased with those who jumped on with the first bunch of DD thus far, and am excited to see the results of the voting to narrow to a Top 10 list...
Next week we'll dig deeper in those 10, and select the first play for the week after!
Feel free to post any potential plays, any DD and vote in the "surveys" even if you aren't ready to jump on board right away!
Chris
Hey Chris, MDM is looking good. It seems like it is ready to launch. Looking forward to watch it this week.
Masko - thanks for the great questions! Let me start by saying that you are dead on in your assumption that our program will indeed "need some tweaking as it goes along."
To answer your questions...
1)If a stock the board enters begins to decline during the week, will there be an exit point and if so, will it be an agreed upon % loss? Also, if there will be an exit point, will the teams exit be strategically executed as to not adversely affect longs in the particular stock?
Prior to each pick being announced, the MDM team will first comprise an initial "stocks to watch" list, perform basic DD on that list and then select a "Top 10" list. That "Top 10" list will be scrutinized and DD'd by all, before we vote on our play... That being said, I believe we will have a very solid chance of finding a stock with good volume and a good chance of hitting our 15% target in the week that we play it. As far as us picking a stock that begins to decline, I know I personally will be monitoring the charts and L2's on any stocks that we select, and I'm sure that you, and others will be doing the same. In the beginning, I guess I see this to be looked at by a case-by-case basis, although we can always implement a stop-loss at 10% or whatever number the team decides, if that's something we (as a group) feel we need to do. As for our exit adversely affecting the longs, as our size of investment increases, the stock picks will need to be adjusted accordingly as we do not want to create an artificial spike upon entering, or drop when exiting our plays.
2) Is there someone on board who is experienced in charting? Someone with verifiable charting experience.
I will leave this question open for other "members" to answer individually. I know that I feel pretty comfortable in chart reading, have seen your explination based on charts as very solid, and believe that AOuvier is also pretty good. With already 38 boardmarks and others following, it is my belief that chart reading should be well-represented.
3) I notice you have 5k max buys once the team reaches that level. are those multiple buys of the same agreed upon stock for that week or are there going to be multiple plays that week?
The idea at the levels that you are asking about, are kind of answered in my response to #1. They are slated to be multiple plays as we do not want all of our eggs in one basket, nor do we want to create artificial spikes or drops upon entering and exiting a play.
Note: Once the group aquires large sums of capital, they will be influencing stock prices in a major way. What is the strategy in plays at that point. lets say the group has 20 solid players @ 50k a piece. that is an instant influx of 1M in capital excuted by this group. that amount will have an instant effect on pps in pennyland, in fact 20 people with 10K a piece will be significant in pennyland. so i guess my question is: when the group gets their capital above 25K in each individuals online broker account, will the strategy of the group change from a play a week, to a play a day or possibly 2 days. with the groups influx of money, I'm sure it will inflate the price of a penny stock as soon as they enter.
In terms of large sums of capital and a large number of us playing these stocks influencing stock prices, that too was something that we saw as happening. As stated above, as our capital increases through this program, I think we will all agree that we will need to move away from only playing penny stocks. In your example, with 20 players at $50k each (equalling $1 million), we would essentially be buying many of the penny stock companies with market caps lower than $1 million. So that being said, as our capital increases, we will eventually need to start playing the big-board stocks, and will most certainly need to make selections with a dramatically higher PPS, market-cap, and volume.
Again, THANK YOU for posting these questions, as it gives all of us something to think about. The program was originally something that AOuvier and I did alone, but we both agreed that the team aspect would work better for all of us...
That being said, you're dead on my friend, MDM will need tweaking each step of the way, and posts like this will only make that tweaking easier and more successful for all of us and MDM!
Have a great trip... Will see you on Monday!
Chris
Questions for Chris or AO:
1)If a stock the board enters begins to decline during the week, will there be an exit point and if so, will it be an agreed upon % loss? Also, if there will be an exit point, will the teams exit be strategically executed as to not adversely affect longs in the particular stock?

Thanks for your time and I will be out of town today and tomorrow so i'll read any response then. Also, whether or not I get in on July 1st, I will do DD for the group once I get furthered settled from my move and will most likely enter at some point in july or August. I love the idea, just think it may need some tweaking as it goes along so the stocks pps doesnt take a beating from a designed exit.
One more thing as far as exits go, it would be my hope the group would exit on the ask so not to hurt the pps.

Million Dollar March: VOTING Now Open!
Hi guys, just wanted to take a minute to let you all know that voting is now open to narrow down our initial "Stocks to Watch List" to our "Top 10." Voting will remain open through late Sunday night when the votes are tabulated and our "Top 10" list is announced. We want your vote whether you've posted to the board yet or not! To cast your vote for your favorite 5 stocks from our list, visit:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/do_board_survey.asp?board_id=15517&Survey_Num=2
On Monday morning, the Million Dollar March will reveal our "Top 10" list that we will begin doing further DD on before voting next weekend on our first play which will be released on JUNE 29TH 2009! Monday will also be when the "Stocks to Watch" spreadsheet is refreshed, stocks of no interest will fall off, and our screener will add new ones. Once that list is posted, please pick 5-10 (in order - and post your selections to the board) to perform BASIC DD on and post that DD on the board... This will be a weekly occurence.
Top 10 Vote - Voting Open June 19th - 21st Survey
VOTING FORMAT: The list of stocks was too long, so it has been broken in 3 parts...
Question 1-2: From the first half of the ENTIRE stock list (on spreadsheet), select your favorite two stocks.
Question 3-4: From the second half of the ENTIRE stock list (on spreadsheet), select your favorite two stocks.
Question 5: Select your favorite stock from the "Yes" list. This list was compiled from the DD our members did, and stocks they believe are worth staying on the list. YOU MAY MAKE A DUPLICATE SELECTION WITH QUESTION #5, THAT'S OK...
Ok guys, this one counts... On the board's main page (http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/board.aspx?board_id=15517) you will find the "Stocks to Watch List" that has been compiled from all user suggestions along with additional stocks suggested by the stock screener. As you view that list, you will see that "members" of the Million Dollar March team have taken portions of the list to perform basic DD on, and have rated whether they believe the stock should remain on this list or not via "grading" the liklihood of the stock reaching our 15% target in one week...
That being said, now it is the groups turn to vote on the stocks that we, as a team, will further look into next week in selecting our first pick for June 29th! How does this work? It's actually quite simple. The "survey" below asks each user to select their top 5 stocks from the list on the main page.
Sunday night, the votes will be tabulated, and the 10 stocks receiving the most votes will be selected as the teams "Top 10" which we will DD in-depth next week. The same process will take place next week in selecting our first pick.
Thanks for all who are participating in the Million Dollar March!
Chris

About Super Lattice Power, Inc:
Website: http://www.superlatticepower.com
Address:
Superlattice Power Inc.
158 Rolling Hills Rd.
Mooresville, NC
28117 USA
Superlattice Power, Inc. (formerly Zingo, Inc., the "Company", "we", or "us") was incorporated on July 15, 2002 under the
laws of the State of Nevada under the name "Titan Web Solutions, Inc." On August 18, 2003, we changed our name to
"Javakingcoffee, Inc."
We had been engaged in the business of offering a full range of business consulting services to retailers in the specialty
coffee industry in China until August 2005. On August 18, 2005, we entered into an Agreement and Plan of Reorganization,
pursuant to which we agreed to acquire all of the outstanding shares of Whistlertel, Inc. ("Whistlertel"), a Nevada
corporation, which was formerly a wholly-owned subsidiary of EV Innovations, Inc. ("EVI", formerly Hybrid Technologies,
Inc.). On August 19, 2005, we completed the acquisition of Whistlertel in exchange for the issuance of 80,000,000 shares of
our common stock, or 69.56% of our outstanding common stock following such issuance. We entered into a license agreement with
EVI on April 15, 2008, for the license of the development of their lithium battery technology, and we sold our subsidiaries
that offered telecommunications services to business and residential customers utilizing VoIP technology on May 15, 2008. To
reflect our new business, we changed our name from Zingo, Inc. to Superlattice Power, Inc. on April 25, 2008.
Superlattice Power, Inc (SLAT) is focused on using its resources and efforts to develop and market lithium-powered vehicles
and products for use in residential and commercial properties. Using its technology, the company is able to covert scooters,
bicycles, mopeds, motorcycles, cars and even homes and businesses into zero-emission, lithium-powered vehicles and
facilities.
The company has made considerable progress in advancing its next generation lithium-powered batteries. It is currently
developing a new cathode material that can be integrated into a Lithium-ion polymer battery to substantially increase
operating voltage range as well as energy density. With the new cathode material, electric vehicles will be able to travel
over 200 miles versus the current 120-140 range.
Superlattice Power recently announced that its new cathode material can now enter large-scale production. This technological
breakthrough will give Superlattice Power the ability to produce all the necessary physical materials at a batch of 100kg
each, making it more practical and affordable for the public to switch from gasoline-powered vehicles to emissions-free
vehicles powered by Supperlattice’s unique technology.
As prices for fossil fuel energy continue to rise, consumers and businesses are seeking an alternative way to power their
world. Scientists, analysts and automotive executives have agreed that rising fuel costs and environmental concerns will
cause the sales of hybrid and electric vehicles to skyrocket, and Superlattice has positioned itself to take advantage of the
anticipated demand.
Partners (Name should be disclosed once we sign NDA and Project Partnership):
1. Hybrid Technologies is working closely with Superlattice Power to research and develop mass scale production of cathode
superlattice nano and submicron sized structure for the use in rechargeable lithium ion batteries.
2. USA Research and Development laboratories.
3. Recognized Universities in the USA and Canada.
4. Manufacturers Worldwide.

We incurred a net loss of $207,147 for the three months ended April 30, 2009, which included general and administrative costs

We had no sales for the three month period ended April 30, 2009. Our net loss for the three-month period ended April 30,
2009, increased from the three-month period ended April 30, 2008 (from $159,256 for the prior period to $207,147 in 2009).
This was primarily due to interest expense of $117,413 in 2009, as compared to $-0- in the prior period. General and
administrative costs of $36,544 were higher in the three months ended April 30, 2009, as compared with $25,018 in the prior

administrative expenses associated with the prior period's telecommunications operations. We incurred research and
development costs of $53,190, as compared to $-0- in the prior period, due to an increase in the number of employees involved

"We have reviewed existing licensing agreements and product orders and have been conservative with received Letters of Intent and projected manufacturing orders and biotech licensing requests from several commercial vendors in sectors anywhere among the steel industry, medical fields and water treatment, among others and have estimated, moderately, projected gross sales are in excess of $136,000,000.00 ($136M) by end of 4th quarter, 2009. Other Notes/Info: Chart shows plenty of opportunities for 15% flips... Most of us follow this one, news of acquisition due by end of month. Depending on timing, may be an easy flip for first pick...
Darth, I used etrade's stock screener. I only ran a screen on stocks between .0003 and .25 (which turned up 750+) and then eliminated the ones with no volume, and of the remaining, only included ones with favorable charts...
I think using the same premise, the original list which was posted last week saw about 50-60% of the stocks increase at least 15% over the following 5 trading days...
The key to this program will be the team aspect. Ideally, if we had 30-50 stocks that were all user submitted, we wouldn't need to run a stock screener. This would be great as the team members have knowledge of what is going to happen for a particular stock, while the screeners, like you point out, show stocks somewhat already increasing...
By all means, submit away. We've all agreed that the entire program will be a work in progress, so anything anyone contributes just makes our team stronger!
Thanks for your post and interest in MDM!

Chris,
Just curious of what your screener filter was cause most of these seem to have already had there gain...
Another thing I was thinking are we going to have an entry price recommendation or something to that extent
Also, I have a few screener filters I use that have pattern recognition like ascending triangles, price channels (where you can specify close is at the bottom or top) and I've been testing them via my paper trade account and seem to be 80% winners and I'll submit some picks next time.
MDM Update Email - 06/16/09
Just wanted to shoot out a quick email...
As you know by now, the initial stocks list has been posted to the "Million Dollar March" message board (http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/board.aspx?board_id=15517) and now we need your help in performing some very quick and basic DD on these stocks. If you look at the spreadsheet, you will see a few new fields, it now shows who is doing the initial DD on each stock, when the info was posted, and whether they believe we should continue to watch that ticker.
As I stated in my last email, there is a number next to each stock, please post to the board with the numbers that you will be looking into. Each of us should take a block of 5-10 stocks (in order) and be able to knock this out pretty quick...
I have posted a message (made it a sticky) with the format to use when posting your findings so that we all remain uniform. That link is: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=38780481
For each stock that you look into, please post your findings in the following format to the board:
Ticker:

Last Volume:

Other Notes/Info:
Again, keep in mind this is preliminary DD, basically, is there anything going on? Should we keep it on the radar? Volume? Basically, you're just giving the other members of the team a snapshot on the stock before we vote this list down to our "Top 10" which we will then get into more detailed DD...
Thanks to all that have already posted to the board as to which stocks you are looking into, and thanks in advance to those who will be doing so today and tomorrow. We vote on the Top 10 list Friday-Sunday!
Lastly, if you are receiving this email via my AOL address, please take a moment and sign up for the "Million Dollar March" E-Mail list (http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/chairmail_sub.asp?board_id=15517). You may initially receive duplicates, however, once the MDM is running, I will no longer be sending MDM updates to my AOL email list.
Chris
I will add you to the weekly stock email list... To add yourself to the MDM email list, click the following link:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/chairmail_sub.asp?board_id=15517
You may receive some duplicate emails in the beginning as we make a distinction between my weekly stock email and MDM mailings.
Currently I send the MDM emails to my whole list via AOL and vice versa, however, once MDM is up and running, MDM emails will be sent using ihub, and my weekly stock emails will be sent using my AOL list.
Thanks for the support!

Thanks Guys!

This board is the home for a group of friends, brought together by an online chatroom, to share information, with the common goal of turning $1000 into $1 million dollars. Users are encouraged to post possible stock selection ideas, and our progress of this "march" will be tracked on this site.
The idea, along with the development of this "program" came to be while a friend of mine and I were chatting about stocks one afternoon. He made the comment that he was just "ok" about making 30% on one of his plays, so I did some quick math. Based on a 30% return I found that it would take less than 30 flips to turn $1k into $1 million... To be more realistic, I tried 15% as the rate of return and found there to be around 50 flips needed... EPIPHANY!
Prior to this discussion, I had been looking for plays, typically the home-run ball. I was traveling down the stock trading road, knowing where I wanted to get ($1 million for starters) but had no plan or map to direct me there. I "discovered" that I did not need the home-run ball everytime at bat, rather a series of 15% plays (far more acheivable) - so this friend and I went to work on the spreadsheet provided for download below.
We decided to talk this idea over with other friends in the chatroom we use (link provided below) and as a group, decided that this idea was plausible and something worth persuing, hence the creation of this message board. The sheets below (all included in the downloadable spreadsheet) are the works of this group. Sheet 1 was the basic, "if I hit 15% and keep flipping" map. Realizing that it is insane and not a good idea to have all of our eggs in one basket, we further developed Sheet 2, a way to diversify our investments once the balance begins to grow. Sheet 2 (shown below) is where you will be able to track our progress as that is the sheet that I will continously update.
Thanks again for visiting our group! Please take a moment to both add this board to your favorites and add a "board mark" (links at bottom of the page). Please also take a minute to sign up for our email list so that we may keep you informed should you decide to follow our program!
HAPPY TRADING!
