Especially with MAXD. As a matter of fact, I have not advised anyone to buy MAXD stock “off the boards” or anywhere else for many years for a wide variety of reasons. I certainly would not recommend anyone buy stock in a company downgraded to the Expert Market by its own CEO, especially with a long and arduous journey back to the OTC Markets. One that is not guaranteed either. The point is that no one should buy stock in this company until the Halpern issues are taken care of and a clear path forward is detailed by the management. That would definitely be classified as foolish.

I don’t know who owns or operates the MAXD INVEST Twitter site. However, Greg Halpern was posting on the site in 2022 under the Twitter handle “MAXD INVEST,” which would indicate it is the official site of MAXD. I have included five examples of Halpern’s posted comments from 2022 below. That being said, If Halpern is operating the Twitter site, he should not be. Nor should anyone who is connected to, or associated with him. He is posting a MAXD symbol as the “new profile pic” without authorization to do so. By the Final Order issued by Judge Timothy Taylor, Halpern is not allowed to represent MAXD in any way. Posting a profile pic of a symbol used in many MAXD promotions is not allowed. Furthermore, Halpern is not communicating with Harvey Vechery, or anyone on his team, and there are no pending deals between them. Anyone posting comments on Twitter about the meaning of a “new profile pic” being posted after a year of missing in action is just spit balling.

Some expressed concern of a previous attempt by GOOGLE to do a hostile takeover, plus other actors failed efforts to harm with known falsehoods, but as of today none have a thing to do with MAXD. I'm the CEO with Super Majority holdings of all 10 million Preferred equaling 66.67%

To clarify, the notes (debt) of the company is held by one other investor and me. Bound by 13D, we can only sell 1% in any 90-day period. We didn't invest more than $11,000,000 just to sell and we haven't sold anything. Stay tuned for what's coming next week!

1. outsider registers a twitter account that LOOKS official
2. starts posting a bunch of bogus tweets pretending they're official news
3. pump & dump
