Prior to that 70,000 share trade, the ask was .032, then someone dumped more than 70,000 shares at .025, which had the effect of lowering the ask to .25.

I don't have L2, so I don't know how many shares were put up on that ask, but clearly, the sale had the effect of lowering the ask from .032 to .025

The company is still in bankruptcy. They failed to mention this in their 8K proving that the chairman continues to mislead us.
Here is the case number Docket for case #: 2:13-bk-17237
My guess is that the judge dismissed the BK on the subsidiary but left it on the parent.
ALSO- tried to reach them at their headquarters and apparently they were EVICTED for not paying their rent.
Look at the new BK- looks like a bunch of real estate companies.
This was a good company- what happened and why will they not be straight with us?

Yes, TA is gagged. I tried calling today. As far as share structure goes, the most recent information released was in February when they filed an s-1 to register new shares (dilution).

nope, I think she goes lower before any bounce comes. Any uptick in volume will be met with a slew of new shares hitting the market. This company is cash strapped and even mentioned in their last 10Q several of times they will be diluting to raise funds. It doesn't get much clearer than this:

"The Company has not yet established a positive cash flow on a company-wide basis. It will be necessary for the Company to obtain additional funding from the private or public debt or equity markets in the future. However, the Company cannot offer any assurance that it will be successful in executing the aforementioned plans to continue as a going concern. The Company’s consolidated financial statements as of September 30, 2012 do not include any adjustments that might result from the inability to implement or execute the Company’s plans to improve our ability to continue as a going concern."
