I agree, long term this could be a legit play. But I think many were confused here thinking it was going to .15-.20 in a few days. Not gonna happen. However, I would keep an eye on the share structure. This is key as if they keep printing shares the movement won't occur until this is sitting at much lower prices. Also when you are dealing with long term, you have to be cognizant of reverse splits which this company has done in the past.

There were plenty in here last night and this morning, they all went silent. Probably already sold and moved on once they realized this wasn't going to move as expected. There were several of posters that popped up here that I tend to run the other way when I see them show up.......they are guaranteed to tank a stock.


I and several of posters tried to let it be known that this company dilutes into news. I got a few nasty emails from pumpers who were expecting big gains here today. If you have followed this stock for YEARS like I have versus blindly following pumpers who just show up when news hits, this wouldn't have been such a big surprise.

Anytime a pumper goes from massive pumping to blaming shorts for heavy downward movement, then its time to get out as they are typically the ones whacking the bid on ya.

It would be nice if LUXR filed their 10K.
It was due yesterday after the NT-10K extension request filed on 3-29-13.

A decent 10K would answer lots of questions, and allow the stock to really run.

While the BK dismissal is good news, it was not totally unexpected. Many of us thought it was a weak filing when it was announced in December.
