Great news again today for SEGI, they just released their financials. There is nothing exciting to look at because they have yet to distribute a movie, but they are on a roll with putting out information, so I'm expecting news soon, at the very least by October per this article.

If anyone gets bored or is looking for a moment to fill, I would be interested in hearing anyone's thoughts/opinions on this company...

kiwibox.com, Inc. KIWB, they are a social networking page aimed at older teens. They have a small following in the US and a bigger following internationally. They recently acquired pixunity in Germany. The competition for social pages like this is huge so I'm not too clear about what they are offering that is different from what is already being offered in their market. However I do see a lot of social networking pages/media have been acquired by larger companies recently.

I initially bought in a small amount in the beginning of May at .0325 (just fooling around really), with no news the price gradually climbed, I sold my initial investment at .045 and left a small profit in just to see where things were headed. My position is Nothing substantial. Put it in the sock drawer and forgot about it until now.

I started looking at it again when they filed a confidential treatment order on 8-5-11 and the 10-q on 8-15-11.

The confidential treatment order is what got me re-interested and wondering what's going on there. The company itself appears to be legitimate.

Just wondering if anyone, in their experience, has come across many confidential treatment orders and what some possible outcomes of this might be?

In the summer I like to make fresh juices, and one of my favorites is watermelon juice. What I do is get a nice watermelon from Trader Joes, they seem to have the best ones, and I'll cut off a piece, remove the rind, and put it in the blender, you have to mash it a bit to get the blender to take hold, but once it does it's not long and you have a pitcher of fresh watermelon juice. If you want you can add your favorite alcohol and it's a party. Most people don't know this, but the juice you buy from the grocery store has been pasteurized, which means it's been heated up which essentially kills all the life that you were hoping to get from the juice in the first place.

I'm aware of IDLM. Yes, it looks good that their website is #393, I read their financials and don't quite understand why they aren't making more in advertising revs, I would think that ranking would equal huge dollars, but I'm no internet pro. Seems like a good buyout contender for a company that could capitalize on that ranking.

Yeah, I noticed PDOS had some movement today, and I noticed AABA was off the lowest ask, but his presence is still there around the mid 2s which doesn't excite me. It will be good when the foreign box office starts as that will give us a better indicator as to what the future holds for C&A. I think it was a huge mistake not to do both domestic and foreign on the same date like most movies do, my guess they wanted to give the other summer movies time to simmer down before the release, but unfortunately it hurts the perception of the movie when people are used to seeing huge worldwide numbers and not just domestic alone.

Not sure if you are in IDLM--though you're probably aware of it. I think IDLM is a pinksheet/Otc stock, that, with its positive cashflow (yes financials need to be straightened out), will stand out particularly well against the backdrop of economic fear and potential borrowing cost increases out there. IDLM's flagship site, Datpiff, is now ranked 393 in the U.S. (though I think this ranking will give some ground in the mid-term). Anyway, it is at least worth a watchlist, IMHO.

I should add that it looks like PDOS is turning that corner as the second day in a row we are holding up nicely.

Penny stocks fall somewhere between poker and NASDAQ, LOL, that's why they are unaffected by the Dow or any other BS the rich people of the world can come up with. Those of us that dare to swim in the penny market have to deal with corrupt CEOs, corrupt brokerages that wont let us buy, gagged TAs, no filings, endless dilution and reverse splits, corrupt market makers, naked shorts, and an SEC that doesn't give a crap. To a certain extent, what the big board stocks consider a bad day, we in the penny market consider a normal day :)

You have to love it, not only do penny stocks outperform the big board stocks on a daily basis, they also are unaffected by what goes on in the bigger fiancial markets. It's nice to be a fringe dweller isn't it ;)

Yeah I saw that, don't know what to make of it, I would have expected that last year when they stopped filing, maybe it's just a precaution because the SEC has been halting companies that aren't up to date with their filings or they are making the decision to officially be pinksheet for now which is much cheaper.IMO
