Yeah I saw that, don't know what to make of it, I would have expected that last year when they stopped filing, maybe it's just a precaution because the SEC has been halting companies that aren't up to date with their filings or they are making the decision to officially be pinksheet for now which is much cheaper.IMO

Common sense isn't so common anymore!
