In the summer I like to make fresh juices, and one of my favorites is watermelon juice. What I do is get a nice watermelon from Trader Joes, they seem to have the best ones, and I'll cut off a piece, remove the rind, and put it in the blender, you have to mash it a bit to get the blender to take hold, but once it does it's not long and you have a pitcher of fresh watermelon juice. If you want you can add your favorite alcohol and it's a party. Most people don't know this, but the juice you buy from the grocery store has been pasteurized, which means it's been heated up which essentially kills all the life that you were hoping to get from the juice in the first place.
