I looked back at the company announcements since January, and they are providing updates at least every 2 weeks, and most announcements weekly. Say what you want, but it looks like they are trying to be proactive, and providing info regularly. Quite a difference of the old Clark days!

Big news out this morning! Looks like they’re getting back into the distribution business. Not a bad move with the recent acquisition of Covert. Revenues will be impressive if they hit them. Company needs to start putting out monthly revenue again and maybe the stock will bounce back. Hoping the selling is over, might be a good entry point, IMHO

you can ask such questions of many small and even large companies, and correctly so.

However as a spec for a co with 3mm revs, forecast for 12mm cap value at about 5 mm, mgt in place for only 3.5 months risk reward seems interesting.

Maybe they should just launch a soda called Truth and then could support a values of billions with even less revenue, rampant dilution, murky financials and suing itself!

This is what we are currently dealing with IMO:

It is obvious this company is a fully reporting legitimate scam. And anyone buying it at this point should not be to shock at the results.
If life has taught me anything it is we reap what we sow that even includes scam artist, no one is exempt from this fact of life.

The pennies tend to skirt legalities, by using tactics that aren't against SEC rules, but probably should be.

The SEC enforcement is a joke. I see volume evidence every day, that appears days before significant news announcements influenced stock jumps, so why can't they make the connections to insider trading?

Being a non-reporting company is the pennies' favorite, because shareholders have little, to no, insight into the financials.

The large funds that have invested are also run by management companies that are not required to divulge individual investors names and stakes, so we do not really have any idea who is financing all of the toxic debt.

Bottom line, if a company cannot report revenue that cancels debt, and shows a profit, then the money is coming from investors, through share printing.
