Didn't know you had a board Army, very nice. Marked
May be more than $5.00 a share this friday!
In certain public company acquisitions of failed banks, the buyer's common stock prices increased, sometimes materially, on the Monday following the announcement of an FDIC-assisted acquisition after the close of the markets on the preceding Friday.
Monday morning public offerings were sometimes launched following a failed bank acquisition, in part upon the issuer's prospects and the strength of its stock price resulting from the FDIC-assisted acquisition.
The FDIC, to reduce the DIF's cost of resolutions, began to consider VAIs as possible means to capture some of such stock market gains. At the same time, bidders saw VAIs as a way to distinguish their bids from other bids in a competitive bidding process.

TNCC! $5.00 a share real soon IMHO! Good or bad news...............
Investors also apparently view the purchase of failed Beach First as a huge profit opportunity for BNC Bancorp. The stock of BNC Bancorp skyrocketed 12.5% in after hours trading, up $1.03 to $9.28. Bank management and insiders who hold almost 20% of BNC’s float of 7.34 million shares, have instantly reaped a $1.5 million windfall, courtesy of the US taxpayer who ultimately pays for the cost of failed banks (in this case alone $130 million). Keep in mind that BNC Bancorp “purchased” failed Beach First with no money down and an FDIC guarantee to pick up most of the losses on the failed bank’s assets.

I have nothing but good thing to say about Mr. Weber! He has handed us as share holders a debt free company! That is a huge plus in pinkieland bud. I am betting an uplist very soon!
They are hiring so that is an indicator thay must have a nice volume of purchase orders. Hold on to your wallet bud. I think we are in for a nice ride here!
I bought 200,000 more shares of BBDA Friday. Brian did a Tweet it's going to be a great next 30 days or so. I feel like I am in good hands.
Will do. Good luck Tuesday!
Ohh yeah. I know it's small change! It just makes me mad when they start that cycle and you watch it go to .0001! then all you can do is sell back to mm's! It should be illegal IMO! I have never heard of selling things that do not exist as being legal! Kinda blows my mind a bit! How can you sell something that isn't there?
Don't worry about 10,000 short shares. It's only 10 bucks. Look at the big picture.
I never will brother. That is not our way!
We are Vets. We are always going to accept and analize our current situation, and determine what is our best strategy for a successfull mission!
So far my mission has been gathering intell here on ihub and I have made some great cyber friends here as well. I am getting ready for phase two and that is making some real money.
Phase three is a small island some where in a real nice warm climate. LOL
Goarmy,
I think it's time I put it all on the line here. You can trust me or you can say I am full of it. Man you are a Vet. When I was in Nam when someone new would come over I would tell them to trust me. I would tell them if they would like to go home don't think about your wife or your kids or your Father or Mother. Do your job. I know you know what I am talking about. Man you can't live in fear. It's the same way here. On the Yahoo board they said I was not who I said I was. That I wasn't a Vet. That I was gay. Anything to upset me. I love the board you have put together here. I support it 100%. Man whatever you do don't give up. Never give up.
I did no mean to imply this was a game brother. Sorry if I did. I am a poor man and want to be in the middle where you may ba at bud! I like your strategy and will be looking to do the same thing. Like I say. I love free!
Goarmy,
This is not a game to me. It's my life. I am not a rich man nor am a poor man. I am kind of stuck in the middle. Man you do the math. I own 4,230 shares of AOD and 2,969,681 shares of BBDA. I plan on buying more shares of BBDA with the div I get from AOD the end of this month. All I can tell you is do your own DD.
No. I have not watched the board over there. I will DD it. You have sparked my interest about it though. You have a great plan brother. Like I always say. I love free stuff! LOL
Goarmy,
Do some DD on AOD. When the fund started. When the Market crashed. I started buying it after the last div cut. The share price got killed but I looked at the div at the share price after it sold off. It was over 12%. I can understand why people who bought at around $20 a share are upset. The most I paid for any of my shares were around 6 and bought some in the 4s. People will say look at the chart from 2007 until now. People were saying they were going to cut div again. So some started selling. Look at a chart for the last 3 months. I have been using the div to buy BBDA. At one time I used the div to buy BBDA at .006 and sold at .03 and then used that money to buy more AOD. I have a game plan. Have you been watching the AOD board on I Hub? Do some DD and let me know what you think.
I am going to have to buy some of that. That is a great thing you have going there. Is there room for me over there?
Very nice garden. I have been looking for a nice solar company. Every ons has ran from them since that huge BK.
I am a proud vet also my brother, I agree a hundred percent with you! Only God can answer that!
I still think alot about: why did I get out! I is a different world here! Keep your chin up brother. I try not to think about questions I can't answer!
I am proud to be a Vet. The thing about most Vet's is why did I come home. I have never understood this. Why did guys with a wife and kids get killed and I was willing to come home. Only GOD can answer this question. Please help me understand.
Looks like there a still people saying BBDA is a SCAM. Brian did a Tweet that BBDA is hiring. You have to post on Twitter but you can read what Brian is saying.
LOL. The object is to be a rich old man! I think BBDA will make us both a few chips! LOL...
GOOOO BBDA
Bought more BBDA today. I am going for it. What the hell I am a old man. Why not.
ENER - SolarFocus Launches UNI-SOLAR(R) Powered Kindle(TM) Cover at CES in Las Vegas
AUBURN HILLS, Mich., Jan. 12, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- United Solar, the global manufacturer of UNI-SOLAR(R) lightweight, flexible solar products and a wholly owned subsidiary of Energy Conversion Devices, Inc. (ECD) (Nasdaq:ENER - News) is proud to announce today the commercial launch of the world's first solar-powered cover for the Amazon Kindle(TM) e-reader by SolarFocus Technology Co., Ltd., a leader in solar-powered portable products.
SolarFocus' SolarKindle Lighted Cover uses UNI-SOLAR's proprietary technology to charge the Kindle's internal battery as well as the cover's integrated reserve battery, which is used to power the LED reading light featured on the inside of the cover. The solar cells, located on the front of the leather cover, are charged from direct exposure to the sun, providing unlimited extended power to the device.
The SolarKindle Lighted Cover will be revealed at the International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) this week (January 10-13, 2012) in Las Vegas, Nevada. The lightweight solar cover will be recognized as a 2012 Innovations Honoree in the Eco-Design and Sustainability Technologies category. The CES is hosted by the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA) and showcases the ground-breaking products and technologies influencing consumer technology.
"The SolarKindle Lighted Cover is a great example of the success of United Solar's Open Solar(TM) initiative, which allows our strategic partner, SolarFocus, to leverage the differentiation of our unique high-performance, lightweight and flexible solar cells," said Chris Bala, Vice President of Sales-Open Solar. "This innovative product represents just how easily UNI-SOLAR technology can be integrated seamlessly and cost effectively into everyday applications."
The SolarKindle Lighted Cover is available on the web at SolarFocus' webstore, solarmio.com, and at amazon.com. The product will be available through specialty retail outlets in the U.S., Canada and Europe in 2012.

As of now AOD is paying .055 div per share per month. I have been using it for the last few months to buy more BBDA. Will probably do again with my Jan div. I am not flipping BBDA.
They let you say what you want. I like the freedom I have on Twitter.
PAOS - insiders are buying shares.

I follow you, @AllenOneDC
RIGH - Reverse Merger on the 18th, should be huge. Try to get in at .02s!
AVEW - Went down from .009 to .002, up to .004 today. They have a PayPayView event on the 20th, look for reversal. Get in while its under .005. Good luck!
Do you follow me on Twitter? DavesinaKOMA. I first started it when I was banned from posting on I Hub. I Hub has worked with me on what I can and can not say. They say as long as I talk about the Company or the CEO I will be fine. That I have as much a right to defend Brian as another poster can call him a crook.
Some people just cannot realize a volume play! I am a volume guy for a small profit. Not a 1 or 2 for a killing! Some busines's are ridiculous IMO!
I agree with you a hundred percent. They are good at indirectly attacking you for sure!
The key to I Hub is follow the rules. Other posters are off limits. If you believe in a Company or a CEO say so but don't say anything about another poster. I know sometimes it's hard to do but that are the rules. Don't let them get to you. Keep your cool and you will be fine. Take advantage of your post. Don't waist them answering a basher. Man these guys are good. It's war man.
I have been playing a golf course for 8 years. In the winter time we got to play for $25 and then about a month ago we heard that the course was sold. At first the new owner raised it to $27 and then last week we were told it's $37. We played a different course yesterday for $22. Didn't have nice fairways but in the end we had just as much fun for less. We all agreed how much is to much. It's same with where I live. When I first moved here the lot rent was $255 now it's up to $460. At least a third of the places here are up for sale and no one will buy them because of the lot rent. The only way to get out from under it is to turn your place over to the owner of the Park. How much is to much? But I will say this. Living in Florida is fun.
