I have been playing a golf course for 8 years. In the winter time we got to play for $25 and then about a month ago we heard that the course was sold. At first the new owner raised it to $27 and then last week we were told it's $37. We played a different course yesterday for $22. Didn't have nice fairways but in the end we had just as much fun for less. We all agreed how much is to much. It's same with where I live. When I first moved here the lot rent was $255 now it's up to $460. At least a third of the places here are up for sale and no one will buy them because of the lot rent. The only way to get out from under it is to turn your place over to the owner of the Park. How much is to much? But I will say this. Living in Florida is fun.
