There are times in my life I have said things that as I look back on I shouldn't have said. I will never back down from supporting our vet's. I know that Brian Weber supports our Vet's. The pain I go through I go with every post I make. It's no big deal. I don't think most of you know what a Vet goes through. I'm 67 years old and I live it still every day of my life. goarmy, I trust you are who you say you are. When I was in Viet Nam I told the guys to trust me. When I first went out in the field and saw the bunker I told the guys we need more sand bags on top of this. Two weeks later we took a hit and we were fine. goarmy, I have been doing some thinking. I can't use the B word anymore but what if we let the attackers just control the BBDA board. I can understand why Olaf can say that the picture of a trailer full of KOMA unwind was staged. How can you prove him wrong. With the ARCA car, I saw it. So why shouldn't I believe the picture I saw of the trailer full of KOMA unwind not be true. On 3 day chart Williams% is looking nice, macd seems to be turning up, momentum and rsi moving up, fast sto moving up....price fluctuation looks like a yo-yo, lol, but if we can hold current pps for a day or so then we could be looking at a little increase for sure! Nice!

You're right. So let's revisit the company, the product and the stock a year from now to see how far they've come.
Of course people have been saying that for almost three years and the company still can't even stand on its own two feet, the products are still virtually unavailable, the TA is still gagged and the financials are still unaudited, the share count is still going up while the share price goes down and the CEO is still hanging around the racetrack, telling you how much it benefits the company.
Oh yeah, I almost forgot. Now they have a notorious, convicted penny stock scammer on their side. That should help them sell lots of drinks.
I think they may be turning the tides at BBDA. They did report cash flow and the PPS is not at .0001. I did figure in the back of my mind it would get there. I am going to have to make a large purchase very soon.
I really don't care what the negatives or the positives are! I am seeing a chart that appears to be a money maker very soon in the future.
I will watch it next week and see how it is trending. with a .0013 avg It would behoove me to get it down to .0008.0009 area. Even 3B share's is not that much when we play in the pinkies!
BBDA has been it's own promoter for years. I would Imagine soon, they may actually out source that job and increase share value with a few gap and traps!Or they could do it the non pinkie way with a bit of Transparency! Either way PPS increase is immenent IMO!
Like I said the pos or neg's about this company really do not concern me. If I was buying Ford.. hell yeah they would concern me but, In pinkie land there all stinkie pinkies. This one just appears to be a bit better than say a PYCT or a THRA! both of those has SS in the billions and have ran very nicely in th past and I have made money on those as well.

People already don't trust BW because of what he's done and/or not done, not because of what I say or do. He's screwed a lot of people over, taken their money and given no shareholder value in return. Why should they trust him? And seriously, why does it matter a whit if people can trust you or me? As I've told you over and over and over again, a fact doesn't change depending on who is pointing at it. Nobody has to trust anyone for them to be true. That's why they are useful, objective pieces of information.
The number of shares at certain points in time is a fact, as is the overall growth of the share structure.
The price of the shares is a fact, as is the epic decline of value from the time present management took over.
The 1000:1 reverse split is a fact.
The ownership of the company's brands by an entity other than the company, but with the same management, is a fact.
There's plenty more, but you've already read them. Just because it's me listing the facts, doesn't change them. Nobody has to trust me in order for the facts to be true.
I make my own conclusions about what these facts indicate and voice my opinion, as do other people. You can argue with my opinion all you want, I'm not asking anyone to 'believe' me or 'trust' me and I honesty hope they don't. Instead, I would like people to view the objective reality of the company and stock formulate their own opinions. I find it really humorous that you supporters get so wound up over me expressing my well-reasoned, clearly articulated, logically sound opinion based on undeniable facts.

Right. I bought shares in April 2009 based on false pretenses and sold them a couple months later when I figured out the CEO wasn't being completely honest. That's how long it took me and in almost three years, he hasn't done anything to convince me otherwise. I know what they are trying to achieve doesn't happen overnight and i do acknowledge what they've done that can be verified, but I can't say I see progress commensurate with their claims and there is no justification for the level of dilution shareholders have had to endure. That's not really how I meant it. I understand and don't question what vets have in common, but Dking talking to me about it in response to a post that's about Bebevco is irrelevant.
I understand how he feels about everything because I have read about 5000 posts of him talking about it. But I'm not interested in how he feels. All I see is someone who dodges all the negatives about the company and retreats into this repetitive stuff about how he feels rather than discussing the facts and figures that actually affect his investment.
If all Dking needs to feel good about his investment and trust his CEO is his warm and fuzzy feelings, that's great. If he can ignore all the red flags because he feels good about it, good for him.

Someone with a vested interest, looking really hard to find the logo spots it on TV for half a second and suddenly starts bleating that it's National TV exposure - this is HUGE! Then goes on to quote how NASCAR has 50 zillion fans, blah blah blah. It's a load of crap. Nice to know that you can count!! 50 zillion?? Really?? The only reason that half of second of TV exposure was noticed at all by anyone is because a shareholder was staring at the TV, straining to see it. To anyone who is not a shareholder in the company, a half second of "have to be looking hard on purpose to even see it" TV exposure makes zero impression. It does absolutely nothing to promote the brand. Who are you to say "what" exposure makes an impression?? As someone who was smart enough to bail out a few months after I was conned into believing in what the CEO said and buying shares, I am willing to declare this is a dilution scam. Has this Company came a long way from then to now? You bet it has.
Let's examine how far the company "has came" in that time. There are about 100X more shares and they are worth 1/1000th as much. The company has also maintained their impressive ability to issue tons of meaningless, forward looking PRs, to not tell anyone where they can buy the products, issue unaudited financials that don't clarify the relationship among management's multiple interwoven public and private companies and continued the fine tradition of wasteful race-related marketing that does nothing to build the brand, but allows the CEO to go hang around the race track on someone else's dime.
They failed, however, at keeping pictures of legendary penny stock scammer Jared Hochstedler pushing their products out of the public eye. Oops! At least they deliberately omitted those pictures on their own website.
I am sure but I could be wrong that no one on this board has more money invested in BBDA that I do. When Brian came to visit me at my home he came will prepared. This was back in June of 2010. I told him then I was looking out 2 or 3 years. Has this Company came a long way from then to now? You bet it has. I am proud to know Mr. Weber. He has shown me great leadership. Some say he is a crook and a convected felon and running a SCAM. I say he is a great man who's heart and soul is into making BeBevCo a great Company.
ToldYaSo, Not only was that one the best golf shots I ever played in my life but I also think my buy of BBDA at .0005 in Dec. was one of my best calls in my life. Time will tell. If you come to Florida maybe we could get together and play around of golf. I am not the Country Club kind of golfer. I am golfing in Florida in the winter for around $20. I have tee times for Tuesdays and Thursdays. You are more than welcome to play with us if you want.
Fact is it is heading north soon. the company should be capitolized and heading north from here bud! Sales are up! SS has not increased this month. Fins are good for a new co. I am happy!
Why can't your fingers do what you mind tell's them to do. On my last post I know my mind said how and my fingers said who. I guess I am just going to have to go back and read everything I post from now on. It's the same thing with golf. My mind tells my body to hit the ball down the middle and it doesn't always work that way. I did make a great shot yesterday. I was around 10 feet off the green and the hole was on the back of the green. I thought, why not take my putter and just take a chance. I played around a 15 ft break and the ball went in the hole. What were the odds. When I bought shares of BBDA back in Dec at .0005. What were the odds.
goarmy, I did a post on the BBDA board that it was a fact that from Jan 1st unill now that BBDA was up 33.33% I bought shares in Dec at .0005 and I am happy with that kind of return. I don't know maybe some people don't know who to invest. Good to see you posting there again. From now on I am going to try to post facts and let the others say what they want. Facts will win out in the long run.

Interesting statement, to know the intent in another persons mind without a doubt.
In my mind, the only ways to know something without a doubt would be, a) corroboration by someone trustworthy that is/was privy to a discussion held relative to the topic (the intent and plan to mislead/deceive), b) to actually be involved in the planning of said misleading/deceptive actions. Of course, a third way would be a conviction in a trial of law, but obviously we do not have that to rely on here.
Which one applies to you? To paraphrase your battle cry: Proof of that intent, please.
It appears you are making an accusation of fraud here--a bold move on your part. A legal definition of fraud would be: "Fraud is commonly understood as dishonesty calculated for advantage." (Quote from The Free Dictionary by Farlex, however research of various sources confirms.)
Proving intent in fraud is quite difficult--I believe you are an intelligent person, so I am sure you know this, and am therefore looking forward to seeing your proof.

There have been plenty of clearly and obviously staged pictures posted over the years to give the illusion the products were in stores. I'll dig some up later. Interestingly enough, the address of the store is never provided with those pictures. God forbid someone check up on what the company claims: that makes Weber very angry. Because it makes perfect sense for a company that's trying to sell product to deliberately not tell people where it's for sale, right?
That doesn't mean it is being shipped. It means it's ready to be shipped.

I did not say what Weber says about some particular picture is untrue and that I know the truth. Direct me to where I said that, please. What I am doing is cutting through the deceptive chatter from the company to find what is actually true as opposed to what they would like you think is true. I also did not say the picture was staged. Show me where I said that, please.
I do think I am starting to see the source of your confusion. Bebevco PRs are full of statements about things that haven't happened, but you believe they have. Maybe that's why when I post that something is possible, you think I am saying it's a fact. Maybe you really can't tell the difference between possibility and fact.
