Not a Single Word on use of the Patent in the latest PR. No mention of any interest in Licensing. Yet they did mention PoLTE which is a far greater reputable company with upwards of 75+ Patents in Location-Based Services. With Verizon now selling the Sequans Hardware and PoLTE Software at $6.50 per device you do have to ask were is ARCI via Geotraq going to make any money??

Geotraq at this point is a Reseller of Sequans and PoLTE with a Custom Form Factor that for now wont be ready for months. 1st Quarter will indicate a further average Loss of $1.2-$1.6 Million. Meanwhile Verizon will be selling the hell out of Sequan's product with the Location Services from PoLTE.

This Timed Geotraq PR was meant to Pump and Dump. I have now witnessed 6 such events.

People seemed to have gotten suckered in the Geotraq PR. A few things to note is they mentioned doing Device Certification this summer. So this means no sales have occurred for Q1 and probably no sales for Q2.

Meanwhile, the core hardware they are using from Sequans is now available from Verizon at around $6.50 per device. Ask yourself if you are a company needing this technology solution, which company would you choose - Geotraq or one of the more established players? Geotraq at this point isn't bringing anything new to the table.

Geotraq is going to have to score some serious business wins. With this kind of pricing from Verizon. It tells me margins are now super thin.

read ARCI 10K update on recycling sale multiple offers $30 to $35 Million & working on them now. Also debt free paid off from prior asset sales & got 1.2 million from the $3.8 million owed to ARCI from LIVE. So to recap 4.5 million dollar market cap Co. with $1.2 million in cash owed another $3.8 & NO debt with near term asset sale between $30 & $35 million leaving GeoTraq as only surviving Co. entering Billion dollar IOT market... Seems worth more then .55 cents will go parabolic on recycling biz sale as very few paying attention to ARCI.

I hadnt seen any news of ARCI selling the Recycling Business. One item I have been interested in is the status of that Sales Tax Lawsuit the State of California has against ARCI. That alone has to scare the crap out of any potential buyer knowing there is this $4+ Million Tax Liability and that is just for the years CA Audited. As well, they more than likely are going to have to write off that bogus patent. How long can they keep this on the books at acquisition costs?

As far as Geotraq, firing Gregg is lifted my confidende level. However the Telecom Industry is moving rapidly in some directions and I feel, they are a Day Late and a Dollar Short to the IOT Party. Even Sequans recently announced they have a new generation of the Monarch chips that Geotraq is using on this NB400 Module. There still are no FCC filings for Certifications and they had indicated April was availability. The IOT market is over saturated, so they are going to have to be a low cost bottom feeder. I wish Pierre a lot of luck, but he has a huge hill to climb and he isnt going to get this thing done with just a chick that made youtube videos and is good for being eye candy at Vegas Meetups and Trade Shows.

As far as performance, I would suspect they will continue to micromanage the quarterly numbers to keep this barely above water. With no sales from geotraq, 1st quarter too will indicate a further downward trend in all there numbers, which still to me indicates Tony and his Cronies are looting this company.

In the Telecom Industry we have what is called an SMS Center (SMSC). These are the Network Elements that handles all Text Messages. Your Mobile Phone is programmed with this "preset address" already. Your Text Messages end up on the First hop in what we call "Mobile Originated" SMS for your respective Service Provider (ie AT&T). These Network Elements then forward your "Text" thru a special network and then end up in the "Mobile Terminate" SMSC that serves the Cell Areas your phone is operating within. We also "Terminate" the Messages to special Application Servers such as those for things like American Idol "Text Voting" via Short Codes (numbers less than the 10 or 7 digits that represent phone numbers). Methods already exist to move SMS from a device to either another device or to a custom server such as what I stated above in American Idol in Text Message Voting.

Claim 1 should have been denied for the rule of not being Unique to the those that "Practice the Art". The Pre-set Address is a KNOWN Property in the same way like the "Legs of a Table".

This is Pierre's show now. He has a lot of hurdles to overcome, I most certainly respect him far more than Gregg. One area from his resume, I fully respect is he was an Enlisted US Marine back in the early 80s at Camp Pendleton. So in a bizzare, fate I may have crossed paths with him and didnt realize it as I served during the same timeframe. Once a Marine, Always a Marine. Untill I see Pierre hire a Director of Engineering and a VP of Marketing this is still a No Show. Seeing the COO gone, I wonder if she quit or I surely hope Pierre fired her. If he fired her, my respect for Pierre went up a few notches. That would have been my first order of business.

If this were my show, what I would be doing is making After Market Kits for Appliances and leveraging ARCIs Business. I will have far more confidence in their Success if I see this happen. I have thought this strategy thru for over a year. They have to play to the advantages they have and this is the area ARCI has that can make this a success. However it is short lived, so they need to move at lightning speed in building this company out with quality people and then execute a well defined Early Adopter Competitive Strategy. And that means getting a solution together for Refrigurators, Dishwashers, and Home Automation. There are competitors here, but ARCI has connections to the mfg and then they could be selling the kits to thru their Appliance Smart Store chain they sold to LIVE... which still essentually is ARCIs business. Just not on paper.

I still have major concerns on ARCIs long term business objectives. If they sell the recycling, then only a few options exist and I dont see them putting the required capital to build out Geotraq. Nothing indicates this is their future. Both ARCI and LIVE are bleeding money. And the Stock price is reflecting this assessment.
