Shouldnt the Annual 10K be coming out soon?

I hadnt seen any news of ARCI selling the Recycling Business. One item I have been interested in is the status of that Sales Tax Lawsuit the State of California has against ARCI. That alone has to scare the crap out of any potential buyer knowing there is this $4+ Million Tax Liability and that is just for the years CA Audited. As well, they more than likely are going to have to write off that bogus patent. How long can they keep this on the books at acquisition costs?

As far as Geotraq, firing Gregg is lifted my confidende level. However the Telecom Industry is moving rapidly in some directions and I feel, they are a Day Late and a Dollar Short to the IOT Party. Even Sequans recently announced they have a new generation of the Monarch chips that Geotraq is using on this NB400 Module. There still are no FCC filings for Certifications and they had indicated April was availability. The IOT market is over saturated, so they are going to have to be a low cost bottom feeder. I wish Pierre a lot of luck, but he has a huge hill to climb and he isnt going to get this thing done with just a chick that made youtube videos and is good for being eye candy at Vegas Meetups and Trade Shows.

As far as performance, I would suspect they will continue to micromanage the quarterly numbers to keep this barely above water. With no sales from geotraq, 1st quarter too will indicate a further downward trend in all there numbers, which still to me indicates Tony and his Cronies are looting this company.
