This is Pierre's show now. He has a lot of hurdles to overcome, I most certainly respect him far more than Gregg. One area from his resume, I fully respect is he was an Enlisted US Marine back in the early 80s at Camp Pendleton. So in a bizzare, fate I may have crossed paths with him and didnt realize it as I served during the same timeframe. Once a Marine, Always a Marine. Untill I see Pierre hire a Director of Engineering and a VP of Marketing this is still a No Show. Seeing the COO gone, I wonder if she quit or I surely hope Pierre fired her. If he fired her, my respect for Pierre went up a few notches. That would have been my first order of business.
If this were my show, what I would be doing is making After Market Kits for Appliances and leveraging ARCIs Business. I will have far more confidence in their Success if I see this happen. I have thought this strategy thru for over a year. They have to play to the advantages they have and this is the area ARCI has that can make this a success. However it is short lived, so they need to move at lightning speed in building this company out with quality people and then execute a well defined Early Adopter Competitive Strategy. And that means getting a solution together for Refrigurators, Dishwashers, and Home Automation. There are competitors here, but ARCI has connections to the mfg and then they could be selling the kits to thru their Appliance Smart Store chain they sold to LIVE... which still essentually is ARCIs business. Just not on paper.
I still have major concerns on ARCIs long term business objectives. If they sell the recycling, then only a few options exist and I dont see them putting the required capital to build out Geotraq. Nothing indicates this is their future. Both ARCI and LIVE are bleeding money. And the Stock price is reflecting this assessment.
