There were two entities one in Seattle and one in Nevada. Chain of Custody like selling property is important. By all reasonable conclusions, this "Asset" belonged to the entity in Seattle and not to the Entity Gregg sold to ARCI which was a Reverse Merger of Mobile Data Corp... which is the Entity this ended up in the hands of ARCI.

By my assessment, Gregg Sullivan committed Securities Fraud.
