I'm sorry your resources have misled you to think there are producers outside of the 2 that have been listed by USGS. If you need help with academic resources feel free to reach out.
I've also shared the permit data on USmag for everyone here. I believe it was more likely to be the customer over the only other carbonate producer in the United States, Albermarle. Who has continiously stated they're not interested in the application of DLE to expand their Silver Peak project as they are currently planning to expand with the use of additional ponds.

Domestic Production and Use: Commercial-scale lithium production in the United States was from one continental
brine operation in Nevada. Lithium was also commercially produced from the brine-sourced waste tailings of a Utah-
based magnesium producer. Two companies produced a wide range of downstream lithium compounds in the
United States from domestic or imported lithium carbonate, lithium chloride, and lithium hydroxide. Domestic
production data were withheld to avoid disclosing company proprietary data.

There are 2. Albermarle and Usmag, I've already shared the publication that illustrates 100% of carbonate producers in america.
If you have a publication that illustrates more, could be helpful in identifying potential customers in the Western United States.

These companies play a crucial role in meeting the demand for lithium carbonate, especially for applications like electric vehicle (EV) batteries and other energy storage technologies. 🚗🔋123 🌟
When Jon Evans says ibat tech works. I believe it. I'll be happy to see it working in the Western United States ✅️ with a n existing carbonate producing company ✅️
These 2 details exclude 98% of lithium companies in america. There are only 2 companies in america producing carbonate. Salton sea is not one of them.
Good news about usmag permits ✅️ and it isn't on the great salt lake. Can't wait to see an existing byproduct waste pool turned into 3000ppm concentrate.
Nice map. I can click on the icon and it takes me to the company website.
I hope you did not ruin my weekend, with me staying up late researching the map🙂
The new Director of ibatf, I believe could be connected to the the plant location. He bought over 25-million shares and took a seat at the table.
Thanks for the compliment. NOT!!!
Emotional, really!!! Try you disgust me and everyone else here with your inadequacy by being misinformed and believing you're not. Go ahead and belittle your dog pound to make your ego and ovaries swell up.
Good to be back, exciting times are ahead of us . Look forward to see how this unfolds with the mdle being first to operating a functioning commercial plant.
Heres a great interactive map of U.S. Western Lithium Locations.

I believe that Burba stated that IBATS patented DLE absorbant material can be dialed in to the particular brine to differentiate and extract whatever they want...lithium,sulfer,copper,silver,gold, magnesium, zinc,etc..the process has been bested in the recent year .Galvanic was not the only brine that it tested at the St.charles plant..The DLE worked with many different levels of concentrations in the brines admirably..Testing results that Exxon Mobil and Chevron got thru Brent Wilson(CEO Galvanic Energy), and thru the SLR Validation proved that IBATs is what Burba has said it was and some..
As Quoted in an article with Exxon mobil, Stellantis, General Motors, and others have poured in hundreds of millions of dollars into DLE research developement..Our window of opportunity does not last long...says Chris Doornbos, CEO of E3 , which is developing a Canadian DLE project with support from Exxon Mobil subsidiary Imperial Oil..He says we must get commercialized now!..As far as we know we are the very first, or one of the few..IBATs commercialized DLE that has been tested positively by two leading mining /survey companys, SLR, and Greg Mehros Group....and we have our first contract customer in western US already vamping up the IBAT plant, upscaled up to producing 8,000 metric tons of Lithium Bi per year or more..producing lithium as early as June with that term sheet contract customer in western US? Soon we will know who that customer is..? ..; The new patents provide more details about the added pumps, pipes, and new bested absorbant material.. Salton Sea(BHE) or US Magnesium, Argentina or Chile..Arkansas Smackover with Exxon Mobil.. ?? Whoever they be..Multiple partners/contracts seem probable ..The sooner the Better.IMO..Burbas MDLE can handle different brines as he stated..dial it up Doc!
Dr. Burba discussed "multiple brines" in his recent stifel interview. Might help clear up his opinion on what the technology is capable of.
Sincerely wish you the best. Emotionally responding is unbecoming of you.
As Stated on Reuters,.....Thbe problem with DLE is that it has to be tailored to each specific brine...and IBATs tech survey results that it tested hundreds ..many of different brines at that ST.Charles plant..Galvanic sold Exxon Mobil 100,000 acres of prime Arkansas lithium..and if the shoe fits....wear it!..Brent Wilson of Galvanic gave detailed positive info on IBATs testing results of their smackover brine with amazing results.Fact..Hold for the Gold..IMO..

Oh.. By the way the two directors that are sueing IBAT were fired for talking to a company in the Salton Seas. The evidence in the case has been posted online. I will try to find the name of that company it could be unredacted now.
There are a lot of pages to go through, I could have easily missed the name.

Occidental’s Lithium Technology ‘Ready for Prime Time’
Occidental is leaning towards a ‘build, own and operate’ approach to growing its direct lithium extraction business.

Occidental, owns part of Terralithium.
Terralithium site had a warning with their cookies that they will sue if anything is reproduced on the internet from that site. I do not go there anymore. Also they no longer had the names of directors on the site. I wonder if they were bought out.
Last year I listened to a few of the Berkshire earnings calls and Warren said he was getting out of the lithium business. BB called me a lier.
In that same earnings call Warren said it is hard to take over public companies than private companies. I wonder if that was a bluff to get a better deal??
I'm not sure what Bekshire has been doing resently. But worth looking into again on a rainy day.
I too read it was "Two Geothermal Brines Tested."

Burba told the conference that IBAT - which has held talks to license its DLE technology with Exxon Mobil (XOM.N), opens new tab, Chevron (CVX.N), opens new tab and others - recovers 98.5% of the freshwater used during its lithium production process, and is aiming to boost that further.

D8c.. A.K.A. Tazer on Discord.YOUR OUTDATED FAKE NEWS….
You're so misinformed and out of touch, you're definitely the consultant of B.S. who finds it easier to baffle them with bullshit and you find it easier to belittle people to cover up your obtuse understanding and lack of quality DD.
The article you referred to in your post was canceled AND BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY GAVE THE D.O.E. $14.9 MILION BACK MORON !!! Your DD is lame and your attitude is pathetic.
You haven't substantiate anything about Salt Lake about DLE but an old article from 2019 to build a carbonate plant for spent lithium salt for
U.S.Mag which happened and the plant is useless as tits on a bull for dle lithium brine.
"In a statement to Reuters, Berkshire said it had planned to develop "a first-of-its-kind demonstration plant to produce lithium hydroxide" but "subsequently decided to use a commercially proven process" to produce lithium carbonate instead.Oct 5, 2022"
Which voided the $14.9 million contract since Berkshire took the carbonate path and paid the govt back for not going after hydroxide !!! Hmm, IBAT ran someone's geothermal brine about the same time as IBAT has publicly stated.
So if you can't dazzle us with brilliance, then shut the fuck up!
Don't worry about who I think might be the outstanding IBAT customer with facilitie"S". Worry with your lousy pick.
I have been here a lot longer than your 3 years and have made millions on IBAT. Stashed some away, lost millions and still have a huge position to make more millions again soon. Doesn't matter who the outstanding customer is, all here will still make money, hopefully a life altering fortune.
Lake Charles, Louisianna,(June 16th). the global battle to reshape the lithium industry is sucking in oil producers, tech startups, and entrenched mining giants, each jockeying to become the first to reinvent how a metal key to the green energy transition is produced..A fleet of direct lithium extraction technologies(DLE) are on the verge of tapping into salty brine deposits all across Europe, Asia, North America, and elsewhere that the US Geological Survey estimates are filled with 70% of the worlds reserves of the metal...Go to reuters and see the rest of this article and see why John burbas MDLE is going to be in multiple spots amounst the few DLE techs..Amazing read on Reuters/exxon Mobil..and other mining giants...Burba Talks,...people will listen now..The stakes are high..the article by reuters and exxon mobil talks with international batteries and John Burba are fully detailed..Its obvious that we are going to run when news of substance/revenue are released..Exciting times ahead..and the early bird will get the worm.. multiple contracts. multiple locations...continents..look probable in next 12-18 months...sooner than ya think.IMO.
Been around 3 years, not sure why the Salton Sea is so attractive to you. Every piece of information available suggests IBAT isn't on the lithium graveyard.

This week we were at the 105th International Organizing Committee of the World Mining Congress, with the presentation of our president for Latin America, Rodrigo Dupouy. This was a great opportunity to present and talk with experts from the global mining industry about the challenges of lithium in Chile and the world, especially to be able to transition to a model of sustainable extraction of this mineral.

Well Galvanic Enery sold 100,000 acres of lithium bearing land to Exxon Mobil..along with another 6,000 acres in Arkansas that Exxon Mobil owns as well..Total of 106,000 acres of Lithium..IBATs is quick to market/low cost /environmentally friendly../ 97% percent recylcle water..No chemicals. 2.3 acres of land needed for extraction plant ..Those permits for lithium extraction will come as IBATs tech provrs to be the premier DLE...MDLE...Commercially Proven by Two of the worlds best for testing /mining results..Now on center stage is Burba/IBAT with our western US partner.term sheet contract that will be finalized ..$oon..Revenue here we come..
Well, its quite probable that Exxon Mobil took the SLR and Brent Wilsons Validation/ high approval of IBATs MDLE plant in St.Charles along with the Greg Mehros Groups testing and independant private testing/evaluation seriously..and that smackover brine is at the perfect low cost extraction opportunity because the smackover brine/all those valuable lithium bearing acres... that Galvanic Energy/CEO Brent Wilson sold to Exxon Mobil are a perfect temperature(200 degrees Celcius)..perfect fit.... besides all the other obvious advantages to IBATs patented MDLE Tech..No Doubt, Burba dealing with Exxon and vice versa..IMO..as well as others apparently..Multiple Deals for IBAT Tech/plants seem highly probable..Now...as the early bird gets the worm..Exciting times ahead.IMO..and that plant in western US will be extracting Lithium before July..probably by May....

Exxon Mobil
I might have Nailed it, I mentioned a while back Exxon didn't want a mdle the wanted a lithium refinery with numerous pjpe lines...
IMO..I believe that there will come a time that all will be buying on the ask big time soon..
My Mistake..I meant EVL Holdings, LLC...Not EV Metals.. as the company with those placement shares for 2 million financing for IBATs ongoing expenses at the new site of the former St.Charles IBAT plant, now relocated to ist contract customer in western US..? EVL Holdings will be up to placing another 18 million after this first round... All I can say is that we have to let this baby unfold to uplist and become a Nasdaq company.Out of the OTC1 is where we will be soon.IMO.
iI will say that those 2.8 million shares of IBATF will garner alot of money to EV Metals concidering those shares are priced at .73..Wowza profit for our financier..18 more million more they will loan out to Burba..IMO...Speaks Volumes..
Lithium the critical mineral used in lithium-ion batteries to power cellphones, laptop computers and electric vehicles is abundant in the brine processed at BHE Renewables' geothermal facilities. BHE Renewables' demonstration project to produce battery-grade lithium carbonate is expected to be on-line in 2023. Upon successful completion of the project, construction of the first commercial plant could begin as soon as 2024, leading to an environmentally responsible domestic source of lithium. The energy used for lithium production is 100% renewable.
BHE Renewables is developing three geothermal power plants totaling 377 megawatts near its existing facilities in Imperial Valley. The plants are expected to be in-service in June 2026.

the stage is being set up in more than 1 place.IMO..Argentina/Lexi/Ensorcia/Chemlys/IBAT/EV Metals financing placement money being used..Contract clients may be multiple in no time..upcoming months and deals to be made as we race to be extracting LiBi by Junes End for the start of revenue/ royalty/rental fees..leasing the tech..buying of these MDLE plants..Lots of things going on behind the scene..Nevada/Albamarle?? US Mag?? Soon our first contract client will be named..but I am happy about the new patent being approved on 03/20/2024..Prd quietly but acknowledge by Burba and US Patent Office. All good here ...
Great Post Trader! US Mag is No Joke!
US Magnesium LLC, a privately traded North American continent largest magnesium producer, prouced 92,000 metric tons per annum, and also produces 9,000 metric tons of lithium bicarbonate per annum already as well..All points to who is our contract partner is??....US Mag LLC is a Biggie in Utah..Has been doing business in Utah for decades..and our quite an environmentally concerned company which the state of Utah has no problems doing great business with....IBAT is a perfect fit..and if the shoe fits, wear it..The house ( IBAT plant) is already relocated(Western US) and being upscaled to 8,000 metric tons per annum capability..We have a term sheet partner .The details of the signing will be completed according to their plan.. Permits for US Magnesium LLC being in place seem logical for this Utah based company..A Leader for sure..IBAT Looking Good Elsewhere in Argentina and Chile Too..
Thanks for the info, hope all is well.
Looks like we're getting close to seeing who will be the outstanding customer with facilitieS ?
1. Why would U.S. Mag want to pay IBAT royalties for a MDLE now when U.S.Mag has 100 square miles of spent Lithium Salt leftover after extracting the magnesium out of it all these years. Maybe down the road after the 15 years plus of lithium stock pile is depleted U.S.Mag would need a MDLE and retool the carbonate plant from lithium salt to liquid lithium brine with new permits ( not going to happen). Plus Utah just changed all the mining and water permits laws at the beginning of 2024, other potential lithium extraction companies in Salt lake pulled out leaving only Lilac to start from scratch and U.S. Mag grandfathered in for lithium salt only.
"U.S Magnesium stated it has the availability of enough stockpiled byproduct salts to feed the lithium carbonate plant for over fifteen years in the future, combined with minimal geopolitical risks, provides a stable source of lithium products for both the short and long term."
Not worth Burbas time with 50 ppm and brine that has to be heated.
"The reason the Waterleaf outfit requires all that water, Sully said, is because the concentrations at the Great Salt Lake are relatively small — 50 parts per million versus 1,000 parts per million or more found in brines harvested in South America, where Lilac is starting from scratch.
2. Alblemarle, I can't see them leasing a DLE from IBAT when they have R&D for their on DLE.
Aug 4, 2023 — Albemarle is building an Arkansas facility to test its version of direct lithium extraction (DLE) technology with the goal of eventually ….
https://www.albemarle.com/offerings/lithium/resources--recycling/lithium-resources

direct lithium extraction process was validated on the pilot scale skid with synthetic brine resulting in direct production of lithium carbonate. Extraction of lithium from geothermal brine provides several advantages. At a high temperature, lithium-rich fluid is pumped to the surface, heat is removed from the brine and used to drive a turbine to produce electricity, and lithium is extracted from the brine before the spent brine is reinjected underground. The estimated cost of direct lithium extraction is on par with that of hard rock-based lithium production processes. The direct lithium extraction process permits the rapid processing of brines and extraction of lithium with high recovery efficiency taking hours instead of months and is environmentally friendly compared to conventional production processes.
Some will never understand what's about to happen here
