My Mistake..I meant EVL Holdings, LLC...Not EV Metals.. as the company with those placement shares for 2 million financing for IBATs ongoing expenses at the new site of the former St.Charles IBAT plant, now relocated to ist contract customer in western US..? EVL Holdings will be up to placing another 18 million after this first round... All I can say is that we have to let this baby unfold to uplist and become a Nasdaq company.Out of the OTC1 is where we will be soon.IMO.
