When it comes to the typical Q, I'm less interested in the fundamentals of the BK process, or a company's survival prospects, than I am in market psychology (e.g. day-to-day sentiment), timing, and other technicals (and of course, headlines). With regard to this ticker, there will be enough spectrum and creditor news to fuel traders' speculative fervor for awhile.....

Closed my position at around .75, when L2 began behaving a bit toppy - will monitor for additional trading opportunities going forward. The Qs usually deliver at some point during the BK court process (and there have been plenty of them over the years).....

A. This is most likely, common shares are worth zero cents. (99% chance)

B. Common shares are worth a fraction of new shares post bankruptcy. (When has this happened in history? Give me one example, please.)
