Pumpers are ridiculous. The company is bankrupt. One of two things happens here...
A. This is most likely, common shares are worth zero cents. (99% chance)
B. Common shares are worth a fraction of new shares post bankruptcy. (When has this happened in history? Give me one example, please.)
SEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE, BEEN FOLLOWING THIS FOR MONTHS AND LOST PLENTY. DON'T BUY IT!!
