"I couldn't be more excited about this new agreement. For the last year, the entire Infotec family has been focused on building a truly global brand, and we are finally on our way to achieving it," said Infotec CEO Arthur Griffiths.
"The significance of this strategic and exclusive alliance with Mazsky cannot be overstated," emphasized Mr. Griffiths. "Both we and our Saudi partners believe this to be a multibillion dollar market opportunity waiting to explode."
"This is a monumental day for our two organizations. This new partnership with Infotec signals the next chapter in our companies' growth and our ability to connect the world with new media technologies," said Mazky CEO Dr. Yusuf I. Qassim.
"By working together under this new agreement, Infotec and Mazsky can catapult the broadband streaming and wireless industries into a new era of opportunity on a global scale. 7. Bad Debt Expense
A Bad Debt Expense has been incurred during the quarter due the uncollectability of our October 31, 2006 invoice to Mazsky International. We have exhausted all collection efforts and we are currently consulting with international legal advisors.
10QSB
For the nine month period ended January 31, 2007, we incurred a loss from operations of $806,786. Revenues, net of costs of goods sold were $333,425 in the period. Our principal areas of expenditure during the period were for Management fees of $301,021, accounting &legal fees of $110,153, a bad debt expense $239,370, rent & insurance of $73,164 and Wages, Benefits & SubContracts of $254,680. Costs incurred in the nine month period to January 31, 2007 increased over the comparative period in 2005 due to the commencement of commercial activities and the reorganization of Galaxy, Stream Horizon Media, and Infotec.
For the three month period ended January 31, 2007, we incurred a loss from operations of $606,995. Revenues, net of costs of goods sold were $11,695 in the period. Our principal areas of expenditure during the period were for Management fees of $126,453, accounting &legal fees of $ 69,425, rent & insurance of $30,434, a bad debt expense of $239,370 and Wages, Benefits & SubContracts of $74,831. Costs incurred in the three month period to January 31, 2007 increased over the comparative period in 2005 due to the commencement of commercial activities and the reorganization of Galaxy, Stream Horizon Media, and Infotec
Where are 100K revenues per months from adverts only? Why there is January PR about fantastic cooperation with Mazsky international if we have Bad debt there for invoice of October 31, 2006 which seems to be never paid and that is why legal actions has been started? Either I am missing here something or Arthur Griffith is doing the same deal here like with canucks.....
What is so exciting about first quater 2007 if January itself seems to be a disaster?
Wavelit.com Announces Strategic Relationship with Broadband Enterprises
CEO Arthur Griffiths confirmed this morning a strategic partnership between Wavelit.com (OTCBB:IFTC) and Broadband Enterprises. Considered the premier online video network, Broadband Enterprises has been contracted to sell the pre-roll video commercials shown before all video content on Wavelit.com. Having already worked with brand giants Kraft, Orbitz Travel, Grand Cayman Tourism Board and Blackberry Mobile Devices, Wavelit.com is excited about the relationship moving forward, and what it will mean to the monetization of Wavelit.com’s already thriving traffic base.
“Today marks another great move forward for us at Wavelit.com. There couldn’t be a better fit, enabling Wavelit to better monetize the online video content we’re providing. I’m excited about the next few quarters and the chance to work with the elite Broadband team,” said CEO Arthur Griffiths.
Lookin good here Joe!
Love the techno here.
IFTC is riding the wave
Letting it go up so when it happens, it can settle back in the .02 range.
Love the technology here...need to stop the S-8's.

This Information Statement is furnished by the Board of Directors of Infotec Business Systems, Inc., a Nevada corporation, to the holders of record at the close of business on the record date, February 20, 2007, of our company's outstanding common stock, par value $0.001 per share, pursuant to Rule 14c-2 promulgated under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. This Information Statement is being furnished to such stockholders for the purpose of informing the stockholders in regards to a change of name of our company from "Infotec Business Systems, Inc." to "Wavelit, Inc." and to increase the authorized number of shares of our common stock from 50,000,000 shares to 250,000,000 shares, par value of $0.001 per share (the “Amendments”).
Awesome day, so far none or very little dilution!
Well I disagree on several of your points, but would have to admit it is holding much better than I expected today!
As I understand these are issued for management, employees, partners and whoever wants to BUY them at price 0.02 USD.
Company is in debts and it was quite clear the dilution was somehow possible. 2007 should be break out year for IFTC. It seems that growing revenues from different type of projects would secure to Infotec they will work with profit!
From this point of view I do not expect, that this dilution will mean this stock will go down any further. At least those who have intention to buy these 35 milions of shares for 0.02 USD are buying them because with its potential to rise. Anyhow most probably we will stay in twenties for next two months maybe, but at latest after results of Q1 IFTC should go up. At least previous announcements of Arthur Griffiths are giving such expectations........
And do not forget that Market already knew that, and that is most probably why this stock went down from 0.03-0.04 to 0.02. That is why somebody was heavily selling for 0.023 (but not less!!) using ARCA aproximately week ago or so. HE (she) knew he (she) can buy back at 0.02 from Arhur...
Read also this one to understand something like that has been in fact announced in advance. From this point of view we can say they are playing more or less the fair game...
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=16762010
We'll be at the mercy of the management for when and how they dispose of those shares. They may let it run up a bit first before dispersing them. JMHO
That s almost 30% dilution
dang
MK
Hate when this happens!

And these 3,100,000 shares must be turned into money as well. Or at least big part of it.
This should be another explanation of pressure on ASK.

my opinion is that when these shares are sold and if Q1 will be remarkable as pointed by Arthur Griffiths...Then this stock should go up. Question is February, March or April? :))
Most probably explanation why the stock is having such pressure on ASK at these days
7. Compensation payable
The total amount of compensations payable at April 30, 2006 and April 30, 2005 was $966,229 and $0 respectively. $960,000 will be paid upon the issuance of stock, and $6,229 is an accrual for vacation pay, sick pay and car allowance for the Company’s president, these will be paid upon use or on February 8, 2007 if not used.

An investors forum on Infotec on their website might increase investor awareness. With 40 million hits per month there must be a few people that would be interested. Even a live ticker of the symbol as they use to have on Streetcast might be an other alternative. There doesn't seem to be any interest in this stock. Also their investor relations department has been a bust. Ed Clumm did a better job. IMO

Infotec BSI to Release Galaxy Encoder System 2.1 as YouTube's Popularity Swells
VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Dec 08, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) --
Internationally acclaimed, Infotec Business Systems Inc. (OTCBB: IFTC), who brought you the world renowned "Eagle Cam," believes that, the next Internet sensation will supersede the success of the Eagle Cam and it will come from the online community by way of Infotec's soon to be released, proprietary Internet broadcast system -- 'Galaxy Encoder System 2.1 (GES2.1)'.
Infotec, a leader in broadband media, is shifting the power of LIVE Internet broadcasting into the hands of millions. Anyone with a camera, a computer and an Internet connection can become the next online media superstar with GES2.1. Download the FREE Galaxy Encoder System 2.1 and set up an account for a nominal fee to begin broadcasting. For less than $80 a LIVE broadband video stream can reach millions. It's like YouTube only better, it's LIVE!
Infotec conservatively projects GES2.1 will hit 500,000 downloads by July 2007. Statistics show applications relating to online video have recognized over 1 million downloads in less than one month when linked from popular download sites. Infotec will leverage www.wavelit.com which receives over 40 million hits per month, to promote FREE downloads of GES21. Marketing efforts will also extend GES2.1 to those same download sites which have popularized other video tools, creating further awareness and boosting overall downloads of GES2.1.
Arthur Griffiths, CEO of Infotec Business Systems Inc. says, "We are very optimistic that Galaxy Encoder System 2.1 will become "the" download for LIVE video broadcasts. Conservatively speaking, if out of 500,000 free downloads only 2% of those were to set up accounts, it would equate to 10,000 new LIVE video content channels, providing a treasure trove of possible "Eagle Cam" like, experiences, while generating over $750,000.00 each month for our company."
Who knows where the next Internet video sensation might be incubating? YouTube and MySpace have shown that the online community is ready to embrace the video generation. Raising the bar, Infotec is bringing LIVE experiences to that same online audience with Galaxy Encoder System 2.1. GES2.1 democratizes the process and empowers an aggregate creative force of millions to realize their vision. Arthur Griffiths adds, "The possibilities are as ubiquitous as one's own imagination. We have just reduced barriers to entry for anyone wishing to become the next media icon. I can't wait to see who and where the content will come from! Our broadband Video portal www.wavelit.com is poised to showcase that next online superstar and share revenue with them as well. It is an ideal situation, GES2.1 and Wavelit.com. I believe this is going to change everything we know about broadcasting."

BREAKING NEWS!!!!!!
December 6, 2006 - 12:08 AM EST
Wavelit.com Breaks Web Traffic Forecasts with Q4 Site Statistics
CEO Arthur Griffiths threw projections out the window early this week, as another month of enormous site traffic closed. Since re-branding as wavelit.com, and with the swelling popularity of the Africam among other unique programs, website visits have been steadily increasing quarter over quarter. Wavelit.com now boasts 250,000 hits per day and an average of 230,000 page views as well.
September closed with just above 13 Million unique hits, as October smashed the previous month with just over 42 Million visitors to the site! November was another record-setting month as traffic continued to climb and another 50 Million hits were recorded. As December trends towards another 50 Million hits, the Q4 goal of 100 Million has already been surpassed, and Q1 2007 looks to offer viewers and advertisers some impressive statistics.
What makes these statistics so impressive is the relative comparison to benchmarks currently being established in the industry through online advertising. As the concept of Internet TV becomes more mainstream, both subscriber and media interest has exploded. Advertisers are competing for page views, and wavelit.com is excited about the interest to date. Based on current industry trends and current traffic on wavelit.com, CEO Arthur Griffiths anticipates an approximate value of $14 per 1000 page view, which could lead the company to over $100K per month in advertisement revenues alone
