You proved right on with that post kmx.
Wish I had picked up on this one sooner. Can't complain as there's plenty of room for growth and I'll be on board soon enough.
THX for the DD here.

Good morning kmx. Like this company very much.
Looks like a bottom in with a cup and handle forming. Looking for a pull back to .04 area for completion of pattern and buy on GTC order. If I have to chase it... I will.
Enjoy watching their Wavelit TV channel. What a great concept!
BTW I saw 2 zebra, a stork, and a couple of gazelle this morning. Pretty good activity.
Expecting good things from this stock and GLTA.
Take care,
nitetrak
I just wonder what is behind yesterdays 40% increase......shall we see today?
well done, arthur!
Infotec Business Systems Inc. Acquires Azatel on New Broadband IPTV Deal
Today marked another milestone day for Infotec Business Systems Inc. (OTCBB:IFTC). Company CEO Arthur Griffiths has released the general details of a broad agreement between Infotec and Azatel, a broadband firm that has been building a reputation in the industry for several years. In an effort to build more forward momentum in the Internet-TV market with Infotec's broadcast portal Wavelit.com, Infotec is now poised to become a leading player with this new, acquisition. The acquisition is a major move by Infotec into the video market, despite already having made a previous foray into the market. Having never fully explored the power and reach of IPTV, this deal could help bring IPTV globally faster than industry analysts have forecasted. This also enables Voice (VoIP), Video or both to be sold into each company's customer base, allowing Infotec to become a 'turnkey' solution into a very strategic market.
As two emerging giants collaborate and complete logistical preparations, the acquisition agreement looks to be finalized at the end of October 2006. Both companies are already enthusiastic about the next few quarters ahead:
"A chance to finally work with a business leader like Arthur Griffiths is a dream come true for us. Arthur, a true visionary sees the same market potential that we do at Azatel, and was more than eager to find a way to build a mutually beneficial partnership," said Azatel President Derek Herman.
"I see Azatel as the missing link to bridging the divide between home entertainment, and IPTV Technology. Infotec seeks to become the new leader in this emerging market, and Azatel has an understanding of its mechanics like no one else we've seen. I'm thrilled to be working with Derek and his team at Azatel," said Infotec CEO Arthur Griffiths.

anyhow 0,03 means a real huge wall here.
Unbelievable how easily it goes up from 0,03 to 0,05....Looks like hard bottom has been reached.
Now slowly back to 0,4.....
the PPS now is perfect for loading. Arthur Griffiths seems to be very focused CEO and I cannot imagine this man would be involved in something "small". Or better say I cannot imagine that the result of his activities in INFOTEC would be something "small".
Relatively huge (for Infotec really huge as it should bring them out of loss right away!!!) agreement with Arabians is the beginning only. The next will follow. And I believe pretty soon. Not only for this type of business is very impotant the reference. Potential partners will feel now more safe as they will be not the first ones to sign the deal.
Time to load and follow INFOTEC on his ride to the stars IMO.
Have you ever been searching for stock with permanent growth potential? Read again all the stuff about Infotec.......
Just my opinion

Infotec Business Systems Announces the Launch of Its New, Proprietary, Worldwide Channel Directory, Wavelit
Tuesday July 25, 4:39 pm ET
VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 25, 2006--Infotec Business Systems (OTCBB:IFTC - News; "IFTC") is proud to announce the launch of its new, proprietary, worldwide channel directory. www.wavelit.com ("Wavelit") will be a global hub to channels from around the world as well as from right here in North America. The site's easy navigation is expected to make channel surfing on your television a thing from the past. Surfing the net is the way of the future; Wavelit is a testament to this and will ensure that users will be able to view programs on demand with a great clarity.
Building from the incredible success of the company's famed "EagleCam," Wavelit will feature a full spectrum of channels containing live wildlife experiences, children's educational programming, the finest in financial news, and movies that would normally not be available to such a large audience. Wavelit will cover international film festivals and display a quality that Hollywood sometimes lacks in lieu of large budgets. Wavelit will feature the best in sports entertainment making local and global events such as cricket matches, professional rugby, Ivy League sports teams and extreme sports all accessible from the comfort of your own home. With most of these events never reaching your television, Wavelit provides you with a front row seat. This site is not only about showing programs, it is about giving opportunities. Wavelit displays programs that provide viewers with a chance to experience the world on a virtual boarding pass.
Arthur Griffiths, Infotec's President and CEO commented, "Why pay for expensive satellite and still be limited when you can just tune in online?" He went on to say that, "I am particularly excited about a special feature within Wavelit; Nextposure. Nextposure will include the best in global music videos as well as top news stories that, again, you would not be able to keep current on by tuning into MTV or even CNN for that matter. Nextposure's many avenues will include a place for new artists to be discovered, a chance to view sold out concerts live and even more. We are the unprejudiced media company built for the world with programming from around the world. Why channel surf when the world's best programming is available by surfing Wavelit?"

WATCH THIS! OUR TEAM Arthur Griffiths - CEO
Arthur Griffiths has an extensive background in broadcasting, having served as Director of Western International Communications (WIC) from 1990 through 1995. WIC was Canada's largest broadcaster prior to its eventual sale in 1999.
Arthur owned and operated the National Hockey League's Vancouver Canucks for a number of years, while spearheading the successful development of General Motors Place in 1994. In 1995, GM Place opened its doors to the public as the first privately financed arena in Canada in over 60 years, becoming the home of the Canucks and the NBA's newly created Vancouver Grizzlies franchise.
By 1998, a group led by Arthur developed the 2010 Olympic Bid proposal, including venue development designs, that eventually won Vancouver and Whistler's right to compete as Canada's national candidate for the 2010 Olympic Winter Games. In achieving this goal, the Bid Team was able to successfully prove to the Canadian Olympic Association that Vancouver and Whistler could develop the appropriate venues for such a vast undertaking.
Concurrently, Arthur worked for the Rapid Transit Project Office, serving as Chair of Public Consultation and Chief Negotiator in the development of the new Millennium Skytrain Line. His primary responsibilities on the project were to meet and negotiate with municipalities and vehicle manufacturers; attend public forums to hear the concerns of the public and environmental groups and facilitate the formation of station development and design.
Throughout his business career, Arthur has excelled in a variety of development projects requiring use of his experience and personal relationships relating to environmental and aboriginal issues. For the last five years he has developed real estate projects in Vancouver and Victoria and hosted a radio program focused on the business of sport.
A truly valuable asset to the company, Arthur now devotes his efforts to Infotec on a full-time basis.
The contract would be the REAL start up for INFOTEC. Any comments?
