IDCN could reach $3 - $5 a share.
Yes, this is very possible. See this post from a private investors group:
Indocan Resources (IDCN) could easily reach $3 - $5 a share. Here’s how.
IDCN should follow these steps:
(1) Keep promoting their hemp products but also begin to expand into medical and legal marijuana.
(2) While staying in hemp products, IDCN should also get back into mining. IDCN started out as a mining company. Many small mining companies became dormant because of the low prices of gold and silver in recent years, but all that is changing. With major silver shortages and rising hyper-inflation, mining will soon be very profitable again.
In short, IDCN could be a dual-purpose company: hemp and mining. Their properties are suited for both.
Email IDCN (below) and encourage them. Tell them you believe the brightest days of IDCN are ahead.
Ask them to expand their hemp business and also to get back into mining. Tell them the potential of being a dual-purpose company.

An Endorsement for IDCN Products from Roland P.
When the Gyms closed because of the Covid 19 virus pandemic, I returned to walking for exercise. I over did it and brought on a recurring injury to my left foot. After visits to a podiatrist and a Specialty shore store I purchased an orthotic and two pairs of shoes.
This seemed to help relieve my foot pain somewhat, however, the swelling and occasional pain continued and I could not wear my normal shoes. I started applying IDCN CBD 500mg directly to the swollen and painful area of my foot. After about a week, the pain was gone and the swelling was reduced. It is now two months after I began, and I continue to use the CBD oil once or twice daily and the pain is virtually completely gone. And I can wear most of my shoes with no pain or discomfort.
After I bought and used IDCN’s CBD oil, I immediately loved it. IDCN’s CBD oil is much much better than other brands, even some well-known brands such as Charlotte’s web (market cap: $429m) , then I bought twice more, total 30 units.
I am just wondering how promising IDCN (market cap: $1.5m) with such great products will be if it works to become current by the end of the year.
IDCN’s CBD oil is awesome!

If IDCN becomes current by the end of the year with the company’s efforts under the new rule, .0002 is at the bottom with huge upside potential, which is an excellent opportunity.

A FEW MONTHS AGO IT LOOKED LIKE WE WERE OFF TO THE RACES. HERE WE ARE BACK TO .0001. THE MODERATORS ARE DOING AN EXCELLENT JOB BUT I HAVE TO ADMIT IT'S DEPRESSING BEING BACK IN THE BASEMENT WHEN WE ARE IN A HOT MARKET SEGMENT. ONLY CONSOLATION IS THAT WE CAN'T GO ANY LOWER. I WONDER WHO WAS BUYING WHEN WE WERE AT .0010?
It's not CE due to lack of financial reports. It's No Info because of that.
I still don't know why it got the CE designation.
The following testimonial is from Doris W that I have been asked to post.
"your CBD oil is amazing and works great! I bought and used various brands of CBD oil, Indocan’s CBD oil is way better!"
Under the new rule (Rule 15c2-11), Form 211 no longer requires SEC and FINRA approval and can be processed and approved by OTC markets. IDCN management's objective is to become current and remove CE by the end of the year.
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=163542047
What needs to be done to get the CE removed? I can't recall what it was that got it placed there in the first place?
We are current with all financial reports
Not at OTC Markets they're not.
status of CE removal
I just asked the company about the status of CE removal, their reply is that they have been working on it for over a year, and their objective is to remove CE and be current by the end of the year, see the email below,
On Sunday, May 2, 2021
“We have been working to get CE approved for over a year, it is not an easy process and very expensive but it is our objective to be current and remove CE by the end of the year, thank you for your feedback.
Larry”
On Sunday, May 2, 2021
“We at IDCN totally agree that it important to have the CE removed, I assure you that it is a work in progress but still a complicated and expensive process.
We are current with all financial reports and tax filings and the Company continues to explore ways to expand our product line with the goal of increasing revenue and profits.
Thank you for your continued support.
Larry”
It would be easier for IDCN management to bring the company to current
1.When new SEC rules ( Rule 15c2-11) become effective this September, it would be easier for IDCN management to bring the company to current since OTC markets can make a determination on the status without submitting a Form 211 to FINRA for review.
Quote: “Importantly as discussed, OTC Markets will not be required to submit a Form 211 but rather its determination of compliance with the rules will be self-effectuating, and a broker-dealer relying on OTC Markets review, will also not be required to submit a Form 211 to FINRA. This alone will make a tremendous difference in the process.”
2.The information that the new rules Rule 15c2-11 require is not difficult to meet, IDCN just needs to provide the following basic information.
Quote: “For companies relying on the catch-all category, the information required to rely on Rule 15c2-11 includes the type of information that would be available for a reporting company, including financial information for the two preceding years that the company or its predecessor has been in existence. The information requirements were expanded from the proposed rule to also include (i) the address of the company’s principal place of business; (ii) state of incorporation of each of the company’s predecessors (if any); (iii) the ticker symbol (if assigned); (iv) the title of each “company insider” as defined in the rule; (v) a balance sheet as of a date less than 16 months before the publication or submission of a broker-dealers quotation; and (vi) a profit and loss and retained earnings statement for the 12 months preceding the date of the most recent balance sheet.”

Ending federal prohibition on marijuana is inevitable and coming soon, there is a high possibility that IDCN might get some news released...

Yes, you are asking too much. Ash and his ilk gravitate to the OTC because they couldn't make it in the private sector and the demands of the SEC are too much for them to handle, let alone abide by.
In the OTC, CEOs can do whatever the hell they want to and not do what they should.
One doesn't invest in the company. One simply trades the ticker.
I think that Ken Ash and anyone else on the board or in management of IDCN should be ASHamed of themselves. They owe investors an update or an explanation why they are so silent. I have owned and operated three businesses in a successful career. I was an honest businessman, a man of integrity and believed in principles laid out by great businessmen like Lee Iacocca and Jack Welch. Our management team has a lot to learn. These guys operate in the dark and think that their shareholders are not worthy of a few words from time to time. All we want is the truth about what's happening with regard to our new products. Am I asking too much? I don't think so. I would appreciate hearing from other shareholders with a response to my post. Many thanks, Yale
We all had the opportunity to unload our shares a few months ago at prices that we haven't seen in years. I WONDER WHAT CAUSED THE VOLUME DURING THAT TWO WEEK PERIOD. We are all probably saying why didn't we get out of this dog when we had a chance. I REGRET THAT I DIDN'T SELL AT THAT TIME. Who knows if we will ever have an opportunity like that again. I have been here for more than ten years and should have pulled the trigger when I had the opportunity to sell at .0010

WHAT'S THE POINT: Forty-eight trades today... Total volume around $2,700. Average trade was $52.00 each transaction. Who trades 50 dollars at a time? Makes no sense to me unless you simply want to jiggle around with the PPS.

Going current will be a huge boost for IDCN.
Hope $IDCN goes current, that would be a mega catalyst!
IDCN ‘s next leg-up will be huge. The MJ sector is turning around and warming up, and ready for incoming legalization.
$IDCN - Volume coming in, looks good, is primed for a run!
IDCN’s CBD oil is awesome!
I bought IDCN CBD oil product. Honestly, this is the best CBD oil I have had. My experience is amazing! It’s much much better than the other CBD oil products I have tried.
I have tried a variety of CBD oil products such as Diamond CBD, Charlotte's Web CBD oil, Endoca raw hemp oil. These are very popular brands, but the quality of IDCN’s CBD oil beats all of these products. Other people also have great experiences with IDCN’s product.
As for the price, IDCN’s price is about 1/3 ~1/2 of the price of these products. If you google keyword “500mg CBD oil”, you will find IDCN’s price is the lowest, IDCN’s price is very competitive.

I say this with sadness, but it's quite obvious Ken has lost all interest in this endeavour and is busy giving his attention and effort to other venues where he sees more opportunity than this.
It had promise. But there are only so many hours in a day.
We've been left to twist in the wind. Win some, lose some.
I completely agree with you. The previous interview was very impressive.
Considering IDCN has already had premier products at very competitive price currently, I hope the IDCN management will give us an exciting latest development.
DORISMD21, Thanks for your post. PLEASE SEE TO IT THAT KEN SEES THIS POST: I read the update from Kenneth Ash. I noticed that it was dated December 2018. That's 28 months ago. I think that shareholders are entitled to more information and respect from Ken. We should have updates a few times a year. After all we are in a HOT MARKET SEGMENT and there should be plenty to share. Frankly I think that not updating investors is rude and discourteous. Ken, I know that you are busy but take fifteen minutes and give your shareholders a honest, realistic update.
IDCN positions itself very well with its premier vertically integrated CBD/hemp based products from seed to sale.

Mexico moves closer to becoming the world’s largest legal cannabis market.
The end of federal prohibition on MJ in the US is coming soon.

I hope you are right. I have had this stock way before it was cannabis. I have watched it for years mostly dormant. I have a good vibes on this one. Either it will or it won't. I have sat on it long enough that either way I am ok. I never bet the farm on any penny stock, but I will be able to buy a ranch if this one ever takes off.
IDCN is much better than AZ*FL in every aspect. IDCN has premium CBD oil products already, while AZ*FL is still developing its products.
IDCN’s market cap is only 3m, while AZ*FL is 45m currently.
IDCN is extremely undervalued.
IDCN is a hidden gem.
Nice to see the dips are getting filled now. We've stabilized. I think this will come back predictably with the bigger rebound.
It’s just a start, 2021 is CBD & MJ bull market.
The end of federal prohibition on MJ is coming soon.

Is the IDCN party over? I was having a much better time watching the volume and share price moving up a few weeks ago. Like most of us I held on to my shares but think that I should have sold off half when there were buyers at .0010
In addition to CBD oil products, IDCN has hemp flowers (13.5% CBD, nearly highest among products in the market), which is the next big thing in cannabis

Because IDCN has a business and PIPI is currently just a shell, one could argue that IDCN is the better company. However, based on share structure PIPI has the potential for great value.
The one thing I am certain of is that any stocks that Ken has directly managed, he has pledged no dilution and no reverse. That certainly wasn't true with the previous CEO of IDCN who never put a real business in the company and all he did was print billions of shares.
Back in 2011 Miller sued the previous owner for an illegal shareholder meeting and won control of the company. At that time, Ken Ash was put in charge of the company and since then, has put a business into the shell with no dilution.
Without Ken's effort, none of the long term shareholders of IDCN would have and chance to recoup any money.
With Ken's guidance, I am looking forward to success with both of these stocks.
PIPI is a worse company than IDCN yet moving better. Go figure.
And a blast from the past with seeing Stock Charter Group as the IR.

$IDCN has same Mgmt as $IDCN. $PIPI still moving up with daily volume. Something must be going on here behind the scenes. BOTH looking like something in the works.
Hope that they add PayPal as a payment option. PayPal is used by millions of people for online transactions each day. A few key strokes and merchandise is bought and paid for and the payment is transacted without needing to give your credit card numbers. Easy as pie....
Hope they're reading this
For those of you who have expressed concerned about the appearance of
the IDCN web site at this time, I have heard from a reliable source that
it is still under construction and will be much improved soon.
If the IDCN management makes the company current (remove CE) ASAP or at least gives a plan and timeline first, it would be a huge boost for its visibility and investor confidence.
IDCN’s premium quality CBD oil products at very competitive price will generate huge revenue. Lots of investors are very interested in IDCN and think that IDCN have very bright future in the burgeoning CBD industry.
The end of federal prohibition on MJ is coming soon. This is MJ bull market, many investors will come to invest CBD and MJ company.
It’s a lifetime opportunity for IDCN to become a significant CBD player in the coming CBD and MJ bull market.
