The one thing I am certain of is that any stocks that Ken has directly managed, he has pledged no dilution and no reverse. That certainly wasn't true with the previous CEO of IDCN who never put a real business in the company and all he did was print billions of shares.
Back in 2011 Miller sued the previous owner for an illegal shareholder meeting and won control of the company. At that time, Ken Ash was put in charge of the company and since then, has put a business into the shell with no dilution.
Without Ken's effort, none of the long term shareholders of IDCN would have and chance to recoup any money.
With Ken's guidance, I am looking forward to success with both of these stocks.
