status of CE removal

I just asked the company about the status of CE removal, their reply is that they have been working on it for over a year, and their objective is to remove CE and be current by the end of the year, see the email below,

We are current with all financial reports and tax filings and the Company continues to explore ways to expand our product line with the goal of increasing revenue and profits.
