When the Gyms closed because of the Covid 19 virus pandemic, I returned to walking for exercise. I over did it and brought on a recurring injury to my left foot. After visits to a podiatrist and a Specialty shore store I purchased an orthotic and two pairs of shoes.
This seemed to help relieve my foot pain somewhat, however, the swelling and occasional pain continued and I could not wear my normal shoes.
