With no volume that means there are no new buyers to drive up the share price. There are just old time bag holders that are sitting tight hoping something REAL EVENTUALLY happens to move the price otherwise this will stay in neutral to reverse while circling the drain. No news, no plans, no prospects, no interest! unfortunate no one seems to be driving the ship.....
