Good morning all. While this will come across as odd or outright dumb, I am putting myself out there to be as transparent as possible. I was recently added to the HERO team and i will be in charge of all IR and public communications for the company. With that said, a quick Reader's Digest version of myself is as follows: 20+ years in the public markets, broker, founded, built and ran a broker/dealer, worked in Private Equity, raised capital for start up from concept to running the company, ran the IR for a NYSE listed company for 4 yrs. Basically, my entire career has been in the space. I am excited for the challenge that is ahead, but confident that the players here at HERO are doing the right things to re-ignite the company and improve shareholder value. Talk is cheap, and i will be the first to agree. However, there are a ton of things going on behind the scenes and we are close to opening up the lines of communication with real, concrete info. I am not one for "fluff" pieces of PR, just to appease disgruntled shareholders. I understand my role and frankly, i am really good at what i do. I WONT engage in combative banter. I WILL engage in respectful debate. We are all entitled to our opinions, and we can agree to disagree, but with respect. With that said, I look forward to this challenge and the future.
