All the important stuff was covered..imo..
SEC - Basically a done deal. Half the funds are in and the other half coming by April 29th..SEC approved the time frame.
10K will be in by April 15th
Acquisitions in the 30 to 50 percent range are in progress
Road shows to drum up more institutional interest coming as the acquisitions proceed.
Nasdaq within a 12 month period..
What more would you like from a company. A plan and lofty goals set for a relatively short time frame..I get the feeling Carrie has been putting things together all this time as the SEC case dragged on....Nothing is for sure in this world, but Carrie is an efficient, competent CEO with a load of resources at her disposal...Hrct is sitting in the best position it has ever known..IMHO..
