You are right, I did this just for a test, and sold automatic 5% loss for a test, I have an evil force following me around and shorting on me, this was a test to see what the stock will do, did exactly what I expected... my previous I made 35k over night, cause nobody knew where I was, got in and got out before I made any noise!! I will not be making any more board statements, so who was following me can't follow me anymore...

Had to pull out today. Made 20% though. Wasn't too bad all in all. Only had it right at 2 months. I'll take that anyday.

Congrats on the gain - I pulled some off at 1.15 - look for CVBT to break above .40 shortly with an anticipation run -should break .62 - if it is granted fast track status then .80 should happen fairly easily. CVBT has very predictable runs and it is about to have another - keep an eye on it for some easy coin..

That's the question I've been asking myself alot lately. Been burned enough on penny stocks. Trying not to get forced out of the market altogether. I think I'll see what it does Thursday or even Friday before I take some profits. Hope I'm not messing up though. It's nice being up 30 some odd percent. But your only really up that much if it's sold and the cash is in the account.

they took a big write down last quarter. may have a surprise to the upside this quarter. the question to ask yourself would you rather take the 20-30% gain now. or take the chance at being even or negative after earning are announced. thats the daily quandary...

Have you done any research on the earnings? Going to be good or bad? I got in at .80 and am doing pretty good for now. I'm always looking for the time to jump ship though, with a profit of course. I really want to see this thing sore high first.

Generally speaking I'm a big fan of rights offerings. I'd like to see more distressed companies do them.

For me I'm not sure the threat of de-listing is foremost in the banks mind. Why? because they simply have bigger fish to fry going forth.

There are 3 stats that stand out to me that matter most and those are Non-performing loans 13.64%, the Texas Ratio of 106.53% and Effective Tier 1 Leverage Ratio 4.22%. I'm anxious to see the latest data since these numbers came out in late November 2010.

Those numbers are like a "report card" from school. The PPS will reflect the trend in those numbers.

yes. i had shares for a while which entitled me to the new shares. i doubled down and am glad i did. up almost 100% on the new shares.. we believe this stock is heading back into dollar land because they have been warned of being delisted if they do not get the price above $1 by May? I suspect hmpr will be doing all they can to achieve this number.

Prior to the Rights Offering, which was completed in December 2010, this [below] is how the Bank's stats looked in November 2010. It was # 427 out of 675 on the countrys' troubled banks list. It will be very interesting to see how they fare post rights offering. I think it was a great move...wish I would of known about the rights offering.
