Generally speaking I'm a big fan of rights offerings. I'd like to see more distressed companies do them.

For me I'm not sure the threat of de-listing is foremost in the banks mind. Why? because they simply have bigger fish to fry going forth.

There are 3 stats that stand out to me that matter most and those are Non-performing loans 13.64%, the Texas Ratio of 106.53% and Effective Tier 1 Leverage Ratio 4.22%. I'm anxious to see the latest data since these numbers came out in late November 2010.

Those numbers are like a "report card" from school. The PPS will reflect the trend in those numbers.
