yes. i had shares for a while which entitled me to the new shares. i doubled down and am glad i did. up almost 100% on the new shares.. we believe this stock is heading back into dollar land because they have been warned of being delisted if they do not get the price above $1 by May? I suspect hmpr will be doing all they can to achieve this number.
