Prior to the Rights Offering, which was completed in December 2010, this [below] is how the Bank's stats looked in November 2010. It was # 427 out of 675 on the countrys' troubled banks list. It will be very interesting to see how they fare post rights offering. I think it was a great move...wish I would of known about the rights offering.
