Its another month of painful matched trading for GFOX before the hammer falls.

IMO, you are correct. Something is better than nothing.
In all my years of following these penny turds I can't recall many stocks ever getting off of the grey market. BEAC, now known as FTNW, comes to mind, but that came at a heavy price... many reverse splits over the years.

They already got suspended n moved to the grey market, right? Right!!!

At the court hearing it got delayed until July 23 from getting revoked, right? Right!!!

Obviously, the courts are giving them a second chance to do something different, wether they can or not but only have until July 23, right? Right!!!

I see where ur friend is coming from because I am also holding mine UNTIL they get FULLY REVOKED.
Why do u ask? Because if and only IF, they are able to do something to turn this thing around, I will get whatever I invested in this "moneywise" and probably a little more.

Don't get wrong, the chances of them getting this thing back up are SLIM to NONE but there is always a chance they could do it.

Now, idk how much ur friend invested in this but me, I can care less as this is STINKY PINKYLAND. There are very high risks in these stocks all the time.
Me, I have millions of their shares but all in all, I only invested around $2k buying at 1s n 2s. To me, that's chump change and as of now, I've lost about 90% value to it. So I've already considered this to be a total loss and if it finally gets revoked, I only lose that extra 10%, which then I will use it as a FULL TAX WRITE OFF...

All these other people that are selling, they are selling because they are scared. Me, I don't give a hoot...
But if they are able to turn it around and get back in the game which is Highly unlikely, but definitely Possible, then I already have my front row tickets and eating my popcorn waiting for the show to start...

TD Ameritrade is a broker not a market maker. Brokers move stocks based upon commissions whereas MMs move stocks solely for profit taking. Some brokers are also marker makers so be careful with those.

They can't enter limit orders below 0.0001. That doesn't mean they won't get filled there if they enter a market order. Most of the time, it's their market sells that get filled, but sometimes they get lucky.

(Most) brokers will not accept orders from retail in the 6 digits. But that doesn't mean they won't complete trades at that price, or that retail orders will not receive a price in the 6 digits. It does happen.

Because the trades are MATCHED. The bigger broker's have a better chance of finding another one of their own clients wishing to buy to match up against your sell order.

Since there are no MM's, there is no one to match up trades from all other brokers. Most brokers just do it in-house, but if you ask, and your position is large enough, they might contact another broker or two and let them know. But they are under no obligation to do so, and it would be on a broker-by-broker basis instead of electronically across the market where all brokers can see it.

Yes, they can. Not as an investment, but to cover an FTD. Some may have been inadvertently short 4 shares (or a multiple ending in 4) and needed to cover it. It happens more often these days with investors entering their own shares electronically at discount brokerages - they often make mistakes on their sale amounts and end up with a small FTD position. Once it went gray market, the broker forced its closure.

I've been trying to sell my 2 million shares of TALK for over 6 months now and the only thing I have managed to sell are 4 freakin shares. Tell me, who in their right mind buys 4 shares at .0001 a share?? That trade equated to 25 hundredth's of a penny in value. LOL.
Originally, I had the sell order in as a limit order @ .0001. When that didn't work, after months of trying, I changed the order to a market order and that is when the order partially kicked in. I highly doubt a retail investor was interested in buying only 4 shares at .0001 a share.

There ARE NO MM's since it is gray market due to the SEC suspension.

There is absolutely nothing unusual in this trading. That is how SEC suspended gray market stocks trade since there is no bid or offer. It is all matched trades, and people who don't understand that, or just trade on charts and don't bother to look at the fundamentals or anything important with the stock, end up getting stuck.
