$$$$$$$ BIEL MAGNITUDE of NHS $$$$$$$
Thinking the first super major run will come after Q2 earnings August 15th 2018.
Could be a Redonkulous GAPPER!!
$20 Billion spent each year by NHS on Drugs for pain.
What share of that pie does Biel get? Did Biel just go from a $2 million dollar company
to a $20 Million, $50 million $100 Million $200 Million a year company or more?
Anyone want to guess or have a great idea of the amount?
The latest we get our first clue will be August Q2 earnings report.
Could a $.05 be in play? Could a $.10 be in play?
Could the claim of .32 cents be right?
IT could if we get ONLY 2.5% of the 20 Billion or $500 million!!
What the hell if we got 10%? or 20%
Get it NOW FOLKS!!
Ha! I can’t be ‘tasked’ with an assignment - that would constitute a conflict of interest and I am unable to reveal why......Go BIEL.....you know when
Ok-Lets-get REALLY Stupid with the Numbers for BIEL
Going to the absurd to point out how HUGE this is!!
Currently 18 billion shares are outstanding and 20 billion shares are authorized.
Let’s INCREASE the number outstanding to 100 Billion for sake of arguement. Just for Kicks.
We can agree THAT is a really stupid number.
$5 Million Profit per quarter =$20 Million a year in profit.
$20 Million profit divided by 100 billion shares (hypothetical) outstanding = $.0002 per share
$.0002 X PE 30 = $.006
$.0002 X PE 60 = $.012
$.0002 X PE 90 = $.018
$.0002 X PE 120 = $.024
Now those are some Factual numbers.
Currently there are only 20 billion authorized so multiple each of those PE prices by 5
To get the actual corresponding price.
This Will have a PE of somewhere between 60 and 120 before it is doing $20 million in profits per year.
In Fact the PE may go substantially higher.
With 20 billion share currently outstanding and $5 million in profit per quarter
And a PE of 60 the price will be $.06 and a PE of 120 will be $.12
NOW double the shares to 40 Billion Outstanding (100% dilution) and $5 Million per quarter in profits.
A PE of 60 will be $.03 and a PE of 120 will be $.06
HUGE money here folks!! Wait until profits are $100 Million a year!!
Full Disclosure: PHD in Biel and Self Appointed Newbie Educator
Hehehehehe
2R, I agree, it has taken way too long for BIEL to become an option available to all chronic pain sufferers who would rather avoid the dangers of drugs to alleviate their pain.
BIEL does need a new 'Face of the Company' who is more articulate and can inspire confidence in investors. AW deserves the position of Chairman of the Board for his decades long battle to make ActiPatch available to US Chronic Pain Sufferers.
AW spearheaded the Reclassification, fought the FDA until they Granted ActiPatch Clearance, and pursued the NHS for 2 years until they saw the value in ActiPatch for their patients and their bank account.
I have 10 years with BIEL under my belt and would have sold long ago if ActiPatch did not do such a good job at relieving my back pain. I felt that in addition to making a return on my investment everyone deserved the option of choosing drug free pain relief.
However BIEL was bucking the multi billion dollar Big Pharma establishment who was not going to share their monopoly on the pain killer market without a fight. Their influence, through the hundreds of millions of dollars they pay the FDA in new drug application fees, stalled BIEL's efforts in the US for many years.
Have you ever looked at the original BIEL 510k for the Actiband? It was submitted on 7/23/2002 and Cleared on 8/8/2002. That is right, the FDA Cleared Actiband in less than 3 weeks for the indication of treatment following Blepharoplasty, eyelid surgery.
Biel was safe and effective for use on the eyes, an inch away from the brain, but could not get Clearance for anywhere else on the body for 15 years.
The Actiband Clearance was a stealth mission, flying under the radar of the Big Pharma Oligarchs. Once they got wind of it they let the FDA know that they were not pleased.
It took the Goodwin Proctor Law firm, with a staff of former FDA lawyers, to threaten a lawsuit in order to gain the 2/3/2017 Clearance. That is what all of those FDA meetings were about at the end of 2016 with high level FDA Management. BIEL's lawyers saying, ActiPatch is entitled to Clearance, grant it or we will see you in court.
Did AW make mistakes, of course, but the fix was in to deny FDA Clearance to BIEL.
I did not think anyone was close to eclipsing BIEL in the OTC SWT Pain Relief Market before the NHS inclusion, and now with the NHS paying for ActiPatch that feeling has been extremely confirmed.
If the SEC confirms their initial decision before the Supreme Court agrees to hear the case concerning Unconstitutional SEC Judges BIEL will file an Appeal with the US Federal Court of Appeals. The Appeals Court specifically looks for issues such as, inadequate time for the defense to prepare, which is exactly what the SEC Judge did in only allowing a 1 week extension when 30 days were requested, not to mention limiting the response to 3000 words. The defense has a right to state their case. It is the Judge's job to hear them out if it 3,000 words or 30,000 words
Some would like you to believe that a final decision supporting the initial decision is days away. With the US Solicitor General and the Federal Appeals Court abandoning the SEC Judges the odds are now in BIEL's favor.
Hi Srinsocal, not that I would give you or Simpson any homework but why not? lol
Slowly but surely the EU states will follow, I guess they don't want to be left behind.
Trust this helps...................Waiting on Migraine prevention. That's the one to watch!
Srinsocal -
I’m only limited to 1 post on BIEL.
Keith is doing a marvelous job with marketing. I was not aware they were considering moving him into the CEO position.
To stay on point, imagine Keith working under one of those seasoned CEO’s. The type of CEO I’m referring to would CINCH the successful launch into huge end cap displays with no chance of this product not being seen. Making a huge first impression! Drawing people to the end cap. IMAGE IS EVERYTHING.
I just think you misunderstand the massive loss of time which have given the competition too much time to catch up. We cannot afford ANY MISTAKES from this pint forward IMO.
Go ahead, let’s all get behind Keith for Andy’s sake. I’m not trying to appease anybody here, I’d rather make the money I thought I could make with this cutting edge technology OVER 8 years ago. STILL WAITING!!!
Srinsocal: just curious how much more time you think we have before this turns into nothing other than a pipe dream because business in the USA moves WAY TOO FAST FOR ANDY. JUST TAKE A LOOK BACK DOWN MEMORY LANE!!!
We still haven’t even gotten into retail shelves. I think you’re allowing way too much time. It’s a very kind gesture, but look at how much money that approach has made us? Now look at the stumble with the share structure the family has made.
I’m here to continue that we need changes at the top before the SEC enforces their decision, giving the stock a Black eye. Could it recover from that?
Bottom line: (80+ years old) is a little over the top for what this retail launch needs. He make more money faster, allowing him to enjoy more of it in his golden years. Doesn’t he want to enjoy the success.
MT I see u must be from Toronto lol. I’m from Canada as well. 15m from the falls. Thanks for your insight. Have a great new year:)

Hey Good Guys---Happy New Year. I am wishing you a very prosperous and happy 2018. BIELieve it!
Friends forever,
TooHot
I have had that happen numerous times RK. I will place a 250k Buy order at the Ask and 10 or 20k will get filled at the Bid price and the remainder at the Ask.
It may have something to do with establishing an Average Price for the day or MMs just wanting to list more transactions at the Bid price.
If you place orders under a "All or None" restriction it does away with whatever game the MMs are trying to play.
bought 900k 3 times today, but 10k of that was at .0005 not the .0006, Never have seen that before? and my transaction shows 30k at .0005? Why? anyone?
To your point Simpsonly, I am very grateful to have the company in the current position it’s in. Both you and I know that he’s not the greatest CEO, having learned quite a few lessons (on our dime) along the way, but he is very knowledgeable, and focused, hence that’s how we got to where we are today.
Without being negative, and really stepping outside of the box - keeping in mind most of us BULL LONGS no exactly how well the device works; that’s why we’ve stayed the course for so many years.
Today’s business needs a much younger person who is “directly engaged” with all the intricacies involved in business today.
Knowing what we know about this device, and stepping outside the box;
WE COULDN’T ASK FOR A BETTER SET UP!
What do you think will happen if/when they announce a new seasoned CEO with decades of experience dealing with RETAIL OTC, and very strong relationships with most movers and shakers in retail?
BOOM!
Now imagine 2 months afterward, the MAJOR END CAP DISPLAYS are already set up in all the major pharmacies... getting excited yet?
That entire two month period (behind the scenes) BIEL staff would be having several GOTOMEETINGS with 25 seated in each meeting, educating the retail pharmacy representatives on how this amazing product works so well... (several times a day with several presenters hosting these for BIEL)!
This can easily be achieved, but only with the right type of CEO who has already accomplished these tasked in the past with other new OTC products. As that happens the volume soars, running the price up and then they announce the REVERSE SPLIT, as the huge volume continues.
Shortly after that, the PR machine kicks in, announcing how unbelievably well the initial launch took off; followed by weekly updates to how many units they just keep pumping out. (This in my opinion will offset the people who jump ship because of the R/S announcement), however because the product is selling so well the PPS doesn’t tank, as new investors line up for a shot at owning share of a product that at this point - everybody knows will change the way the world heals and deals with aches, pains, cuts bruises and other normal daily types of injuries.
Now take a look back at what was accomplished in a very short period;
• the product is in MAJOR retailers & selling very well
• the PPS has moved up significantly and as it did, the reverse split took place making the share structure much more reasonable going forward.
To avoid what most think will after the reverse split (PPS usually tanks); they keep updating us with all the new units they keep immediately shipping out because the product is such an incredible hit! As people sell shares, new people are trying to get in. It always happens this way.
Now imagine all the FREE press we’ll be getting on TV, radio, newspapers, as the public just falls in love with the invention that Andy Whelan and his family persevered for over a decade to achieve - exactly where we are today - THE PERFECT SET UP!
Give the Whelan family all the credit in the world for a fantastic job on staying the course. But at this juncture, a younger, seasoned CEO can easily achieve the above and take us all (including the Whelan’s) to the promise land.
The above is just my 2 cents, and it sure would make this investor extremely happy. GLTA
Greetings MT
Thank you for taking the time to share & illuminate.....
“There seems to be talk about the CEO stepping downing or retiring. Knowing his age, it’s inevitable that it will happen.”
*** To this shareholder, succession planning is competent management and often not so much age-related, but more to do with corporate evolution, growth, energies, tasking and focus points....I see further FDA OTC clearances for known high efficacy indications in the pipeline as critical - back, Allay, pipeline, etc....
Sometimes things happen at a certain time for certain reasons. It makes me wonder why a marketing expert is now analyzing clinical results.
*** No wonder here, a logical process.....
A great leader would be hands on with everything related to the company. What is or will be his real position at the end? With certainty and without doubt, I believe that this person knows how to run a company.
*** As evidenced by the past decade, through ridiculously tedious regulatory processes, while keeping the ship afloat, all the balls in the air, as it were - reviewing posts and others related to my 117706 Dec 14 share the current thinking of a number of long-time supporters....
No more accumulating debt, no increase in shares, this can only be substantiated with a partner or partners coming on board or on board already. I just can’t see a large distribution company signing on without guaranteed inventory on hand. Knowing a little of the person mentioned above, he may bring his own investors on board.
*** Again, all components of evolving from start-up, through developmentco, to emerging into the marketplace with USPTO IP and FDA clearances......whew.... what tenacity and vision of forethought, shared quietly by many....
NHS, will it happen? Yet to be seen, keep in mind that most of the EU States if not all do have similar health systems so doors could open.
The migraine study is a preventative trial. Any idea what this could be worth if it actually prevents pain?
*** Imagune reaching for and applying an ActiPatch the instant the early warning signs are felt and fending off a migraine? In conjunction with Allay, talk about affecting ‘quality of life’......a ‘blockbuster’ is a product generating >1 Billion in sales annually.....
Yes, most investors are at a loss, investors are frustrated, investors are angry and given the fact that more info has not been released to the public.
*** None moreso than those fighting the good fight, I’m sure......
Milestones achieved by the CEO are second to none but to each his own with their opinion and I respect all opinions.
***Hear, hear, second to none, and recognized by those who are most savvy......
Happy holidays and wishes for ‘18..... you know when....
That is a lot to decipher and contemplate MT. Good to hear your insights after a 10 month absence.
Strongly agree with your opinion of KN. I would be in Hog Heaven if he would broaden his AOR at BIEL. His Uptick Interview made me an instant fan.
Good point re ANDA requiring the resources for a steady supply of a new product before signing a distribution agreement.
I thought the move to Kinesiology Tape, one product works for everything, was an excellent decision. When I give a 7 Day Trial to a friend the only complaints that I hear are, hard to keep in place. Any updates that you have heard on this project?
Wishing you and all BIEL Shareholders a Happy and Prosperous New Year!
Srin

NB............Things are not always what they seem to be.
Deleted elsewhere by bias - relates directly to success of BIEL medical device..... :)
Yup....disrespectful is really ugly, especially the keyboard courage type. Add carefully to strengthen the management team but never over-tweak by tossing the one who advanced a corporation the way Whelan has. He has extraordinary knowledge in many areas and is deserving of much respect. Mistakes and stubbornness? Yes. Toss him out? Absolutely not. I believe he will do the right thing at the right time to appoint a new President and retain the Chair. I posted my thoughts a few days ago as to how that might evolve. But, impatience and tantrums and keyboard courage will screw it up for everyone right where it hurts the most - share price.
BIEL’s time is, yup, you’ve got it........soon.
I wish I was from the retail OTC medical space. If I was I would be able to immediately start naming names of who I think would love to take on this opportunity.
UKSAUSAGE - asked how would we be able to afford this type of a CEO! Good question. If you offer the aggressive compensation package (heavily back end loaded), which is most commonly used when you have a CEO who is ABSOLUTELY IN LOVE WITH THE TECHNOLOGY, you may have several of these types of CEO’s vying for the CEO Position. We’ll never know unless we try to attract these executives (Plenty of quality people still outa work, hire an executive search firm)!!!
Again, these types of candidates already have established very strong relationships with the “MOVERS & SHAKERS”. When they realize how great the efficacy of this product is, and then - Realizes we are still not even a full blown embryo, the excitement builds even further. For anybody who doesn’t realize what this product is, you’ve invested in a company that will soon change the way the world heals & deals with pain. Absolutely no doubt about it. Only question is when? Zzzzzzz
Very nicely said. A unemotional thought out post and commentary on the trials and tribulations of this company and its road through FDA and on the way to profitability. I think MOST of us that have been here and stayed invested the longest (9 to 10 years) agree with what you say. We have seen from day one the 'ignorance' of this governmental agency to the benefits of PEMF. We were going NOWHERE until that ignorance was replaced by education and knowledge of this very effective science. I have also been critical of company decision making throughout the last 9 years, as is understandable along with anyone else that has endured this decade long fight and struggle with FDA. Blame will always fall on one 'in charge' when frustration is felt by investors and in this case much of that was justified. With that said, IMO it seems as though, NOW FINALLY, much has changed (hired sales leader, independent store roll out) and now with FDA OK, concentration on marketing in your OWN COUNTRY will be of priority and concern and should be the catalyst for company and product success we have all frustratingly waited so long for. Frustrating because so many of us that KNOW from use, these products work and feel they should have been made available YEARS AGO! Hopefully, for those of us that believed for so long and and have used this long delay for accumulating many shares down here in the triple zeros, we will be rewarded for when the stock price eventually starts moving north.
jimzin lets all try to row the boat stroke stroke stroke!!!POSITIVE
thanks three a real buzzerbeater post keep on keeping on POSITIVE!!!!
BIEL is all upside potential from here. The best two reasons for never bashing the present management of a public or private corporation, in a public way, are glaringly obvious and should not have to be explained.
Bashers do so in the fervent hope they will somehow change something or feel better because no tangible positive resolution ever comes about as a result of bashing, thus making the bashing an unlikely fulfillment mechanism to solve a psychological need, like throwing the china. Nothing good ever comes from bashing or disrespecting others.
The 2 reasons for never bashing corporate management are that the basher will be deemed as an unlikely candidate as a director of the corporation, for the purpose of making positive tactical changes to the management structure, and a worse candidate to replace existing management because of the reputation as a basher. Better to be part of fixing the problem, not fixing the blame. Bashing is synonymous with emotional yelling or screaming - there is not one intelligent reader who does not fully understand every positive and negative moment in the history of BIEL, lot of smart people here, many of whom could help manage, and do, corporations far larger than BIEL, in a heartbeat. Never blame anyone, not even yourself, it accomplishes nothing my friend.
I'm limits to only (1) stinking post on BIEL. Can someone post this as a reply to ARTs reply to my previous post please on BIEL board. (Please delete this 1st paragraph before posting)
Now that the family has several barrels; ($10M) from the share stucture, how can they say they cannot afford a very experienced and seasoned CEO from the medical OTC space. Someone with close relationships with the MOVERS & SHAKERS of the retail market.
My main point here is, if the family (Kelly's company) really really did bank that much money, wouldn't that be the "hedge" they would've needed to get this over the top? This would be a a good way to gauge how much the family believes in this product, because no matter what anyone says, 10M IS A LOT OF MONEY, and the way I look at it, it would be an easy way to take a big chance with a product that I believe deserves a legitimate shot at MAJOR RETAIL SHELVES!
With 10M already within the families reach, wouldn't it be a wise move to motivate a Seasoned CEO with a heavily backloaded bonus structure based on how many units; how many major retail outlets, how many different markets (INCLUDING THE TEAM SPORTS MARKET), not just semi-pro & pro teams, mainly because the youth team sports market has a way of reaching everybody much quicker. As the kids grow up and begin using this on other types of injuries, their parents, training staff, coaches and faculty will also become more knowledgable. This is why the youth team sports are in my opinion MUCH MORE valuable than just marketing to pro team sports.
GET OFF YOUR WALLET AND HIRE A SEASONED PRO CEO!!!
youre spot on in youre remark 'this one is not like any other pinkie I've been in'
Me neither.
This company is trying to do its best.
And above all not trying to screw investors.
i have been holding for a long time and adding down the line.
Iff the reward comes it will be huge iff it wont come i have never felt better investing into a company.
Thse products can make the difference in quality of life for so many people.
My two cents..
What dealership....an Edsel car dealership ?
If they are any worse than Whelan they don't stay on for 15 years but get fired after 6 months.
I've read everything you've read. I know everything you know and yet, I'm not going to criticize in EVERY post. My money's on the line too. I went in knowing the risks. I know pinkies can play games. This one is not like any other pinkie I've been in. What is different? If they wanted to make a lot of money in all these years they would have reverse split this into oblivion. Have you seen one? Is Andrew the best CEO in the history of companies? No, but there are a lot worse. He gets no blame for FDA being slow. No studies would have gotten approved until they got their act together. The years it has taken have depleted funds, thus the need to increase share count and all this dilution. The sec issue? We already know the 'whistleblower' has issues of his own. They've explained about the rollout issue. Stores take on new products during their cycle. I don't know enough about that. Point is, there are points and counter points to most events. They haven't shut the doors. Instead they are shipping more product. Unless someone is desperate for cash, having waited this long, a bit longer doesn't seem unreasonable.
LYING EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Village of Endicott is excited to present the Downtown Revitalization
Initiative Application for 2017.
BioElectronics, Inc. (symbol: BIEL) – This company has developed and markets a technology developed by Professor Kenneth McLeod and his graduate asssistants at Binghamton University. ActiPatchTM is an effective cure for chronic pain without the use of any pharmaceuticals. The ActiPatchTM has been selling over-the-counter in Europe for years and in the US by prescription only.
In February, 2017 the FDA approved the ActiPatchTM for over-the-counter sale in the United States. It will be available in every CVS and Walgreens (and every other retailer) by the end of 2017. The product will be manufactured right here, where it began, in Upstate New York. This advanced manufacturing project will require 12,000 square feet of manufacturing space, and 5,000 square feet of administrative space.
In February, 2017 the FDA approved the ActiPatchTM for over-the-counter sale in the United States. It will be available in every CVS and Walgreens (and every other retailer) by the end of 2017
How does one go from "IT WILL BE AVAILABLE IN EVERY CVS AND WALGREENS (AND EVERY OTHER RETAILER) BY THE END OF 2017" to NOT ONE RETAILER IN THE USA BY THE END OF THE YEAR? HMMMM...Please anyone want to take that one on?
Is it just me being IMPATIENT? Give me a freaking break...And some of you want to DEFEND this CEO as someone that has your shareholder value in his head? Dr. McLeod at Endicott must be madder than a pitbull with AW and his lies. Will he be the next one to leave BIEL...and then some will say oh he was no good anyway...good riddens...just a guy with diplomas on the wall.
what a joke.
Good post 3Point - what I do know to be true is that every good person here has been involved for from 1 day to 10 years and most are frustrated for a number of very good reasons. I also know it to be true that no amount of -itching about the frustration will accomplish anything good! BIEL and ActiPatch will fly, when? . . . .
To be honest, I didn't think you'd be one who would constantly complain about what goes on here. I am in exactly the same boat as you. Been here for ten painful years watching the trials and tribulations. Watching the FDA blunder numerous times which, in my mind is the primary reason we are where we are now. The sec situation screams of competitors trying to close this down. Is Andy and family the perfect owner here? Definitely not, but he is trying to make this successful. The critics always seem to have a better way, but probably couldn't have gotten the company this far. We just got clearance this year so it's not unreasonable to give it at least a year to get some more things done. We see evidence with the 10k order. We have enough naysayers who want this to fail. I don't think it's fair for investors to do the same.
My take on recent large blocks of buys and sells. I would guess a rollout is in the near future, thus the dilution and accumulation.
I think you'll get a kick out of this article...
https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/wonk/wp/2016/01/20/we-have-a-q-tips-problem/?utm_term=.fbe421a07212
I'm not suggesting they do... only market ankle and knee.
I was trying to convey that once the parents of the kids in sports are introduced to this item - from a knee or ankle sprain the parents will start to try it on other injuries.
If my son came home from football wearing a loop under his ankle brace and it dramatically reduced the inflammation overnight, I would not. E calling the FDA asking if it's ok for me to try on road rash, or lower back or anything else.
I AM THE MASTER OF MY DOMAIN IN MY HOUSE! If I feel it would be appropriate to try on another type of injury and it worked, guess what? I'm discussing it with the training staff and the other parents of teammates.
That's how you begin to get traction in a grass roots test marketing campaign. This is basically marketing 101
I was referring to your line that states:
Correct me if I am wrong...
Feb 3, 2017 FDA approval of knee and foot device. I'm pretty sure that allows BIEL to market these two products.
With that said, read my earlier post on BIEL board. I'm limited to 1 post on BIEL every day.
If we continue waiting, look at how much the company is bringing in. By starting to test market grass roots team sports - it wouldn't take long IMO. Spend the money to attract a top tier CEO.
until the FDA will let them market it as such it will never get traction on shelves - may be on line with retailers.
that's why FDA has to be challenged and AFAIK there is no application in place to get general use clearance. Understanding what that would involve using the RWD for starters is vital
plus how to fund the marketing if you are "going alone" as they seem to be.
I have a feeling Andy didnt want to lose anothr 20% of the margin to give to McKesson or someone to do the marketing for them...
The new guy may be able to persuade him
I don't think it would be that hard to attract a top tier CEO (rubbing elbows with movers & shakers in retail OTC).
Honestly, how do think they would respond when they see first hand how well this device works at completely healing a severe lvl 1 ankle sprain literally overnight? The a knee sprain or twist.
I think they would want to see it again and again to make sure this wasn't a fluke.
Then I would venture to guess they would be extremely eager to work out an incentive based compensation package as they would see the current people in charge haven't a clue how to market this extremely exciting, game changing way people will heal going forward. This new CEO should also be able to make huge money by taking such a leap.
You know the old phrase; you gotta spend money to make money!
What do you think the FDA is thinking? I have my own opinion, but they have to be scratching their head wondering - what are they waiting for, we've already approved the ankle and the knee device.
Now take that into consideration when discussing the SEC. I'm sure these two agencies talk behind the scenes. Both are probably wondering what they're waiting for.
Just my 2 cents. I cannot believe I still own this stock and that after it was approved in February, we still trade near .006? Honesty this baffles me.
This is the most effective way to heal ankle sprains, knee sprains, burns, road rash, lower back pains from sitting too long when driving long distances, etc.
I can speak first hand as my family uses this on every injury listed above.
I have a hypothetical question.
If someone has been filing multiple complaints to the SEC and the FDA about BIEL in past years and also recently, would it be legal for that person to trade BIEL in February 2017, even if that person is trying to be transparant about it? Of course it would never be 100% transparant because the posting on IHUB about the trading and filing of the complaints would be under an alias for instance "pps_on_the_cliffs" and the filing of complaints to the FDA and SEC by the organisation or company this person belongs to for instance "weve"....sorry for the spelling...not my mistake...or "we"...
Just wondering about the legal position...especially if there is solid proof...
Seems like manipulation on multiple levels to me.
I anticipate more BS. Remember Dandy Don on Monday Night Football...singing turn out the lights...the party is over .
Can we believe anyone who says Whelan doesn't care about shareholders? First, if the company succeeds, we all win INCLUDING Andrew and family. The company has incurred 30 million in debt over the life. They have NEVER had a reverse split, which destroys investors. They have diluted OUT OF NECESSITY. Who do you think pays for studies and advertising and manufacturing? The answer is we do through our investment. But that comes with being a shareholder of a high risk penny/FDA play. That's why most are here. FDA delays haven't helped but now a major hurdle has been cleared. I anticipate better days. We'll see.
Paul,
Thanks for the extra effort. Much appreciated on this end!
TooHot
I sent information to a CEO of a (possibly Social Media Platform something or another) that my wife Blogs for, She writes for a few subscriptions in Europe I think With Millions of followers Poetry good stuff!! He questioned me on a emoji thumbs up , but whats Actipatch, His name is Jan Barsosa his company is BeBee Lets see what happens... Paul and Franci
To be clear, I'm disappointed because I know first hand how magical this device really is.
I've recently watched the new video on how the products a work at actipatch.com.
I continue to watch it because I'm learning new ways to use this. I was unaware of how nerves can simply send false signals to the brain that it's in pain, even after an injury has healed, and that's the main reason most people don't think it's working.
My conclusion is because each of our bodies have extremely different needs, the false signals being sent to the brain may take up to two weeks or more to finally feel the results.
I guess most of my muscles in my ack and shoulders already are healed but the false signals are what's really still lingering.
I am making up an ace bandage with 3 loops on it and will wear it continually 24/7, only removing it to shower. And I will leave it on even after the pain goes away for a couple weeks just to cater to my muscles nerves who are already trained to well to send signals to the brain.
The lack of marketing to sports teams especially because the only two item cleared work on the knee or the ankle / foot.
To me it's becoming much clearer that they haven't a clue what to do for a marketing standpoint.
In business I was always under the impression you try to make money. By not even attempting marketing to sports proves in my opinion that they must be content with the money they've already made. Like they don't need to make more. That's the clear signal they're sending by not attempting to tap into the market.
We need a new CEO, and not just any CEO, we need a very well known CEO from the OTC medical side who can easily see the direction this company should be heading down.
By making no serious increase in sales since FDA Cleared two items, is the absolute equivalent to loosing.
It kinda proves we are spinning are out wheels in heavy mud.
Still very disappointed.
Sounds like Simps...lot of talk...soon this ...soon that .When....NEVER !
that's my problem...tanks are empty.
This company does not deserve one more shareholder until they take care of the ones they have now.
talk talk talk...it's all talk no action.
Great is not the word I was use. Are you also sipping yam juice directly out of Jimzin's STAINLESS STEEL TANKS ?
