there is opportunity here based SOLEY on share structure

the last public information of share structure was in 2006.

they changed transfer agents after that. they are now with continental, gagged. i called yesterday.

they have most likely worked out a conversion arrangement with cornell aka yorkshire, it looks like ecgr was into cornell for about 5.5m

i think it is safe to say cornell does not walk away with nothing.

Any pink sheet "going concern" with less than $1 Million Market Cap isn't marketing itself to investors - this isn't a bad thing, its just their decision.

As for ECGR, I've said before... I really don't know if its a going concern... I want it to be, but without news, you never know. I REALLY think there is opportunity here based SOLEY on share structure. If they put out news OR if someone pumps this and creates hype (like last time) it can certainly run to $.02.

I'm totally on the sidelines (I do have about a million shares), but I really don't know more than anyone else here. Its a coin flip.

I'm not sure where you're getting your "basic going concern" value from ET. But I think it's questionable whether this IS one or not.

Some have indicated it may only be a shell.

Besides, I've seen plenty of "going concern" mcs well under a $1M.

Been watching this for a few years. If anyone pumped it they only made about $5k profit. Remember, your standard pink sheet company - as long as it is a going concern should have a market cap of $2-3 Million right out of the gate. That means this if "pumped" should get pumped to its fair market value of $.02.

Heard the same things. This (IMO) is a play based on the shares out there and what 'could' be. Wouldn't take much to give this a market cap of $3-5 Million. Put almost anything into it and it could be a 20 bagger.

Some was sold in the intervening three months.
It could all be sold by now.

Yeah i checked out that board when there were here on ihub. Played a few plays, lost a bunch of money then the board was shut down. Not really missing that board. I see some people here blaming them for this run up but i have seen others saying they were running other stocks today too....so not too sure what to believe. Just seen a stock with good volume and movement here today.

be sure you know what you are buying into with ecgr: it is an illiquid shell with a toxic financing and reverse split offender past. there are no revenues.

just saying...because if you buy it high and it does not go higher you might be holding for a while...:)

I am not sure I just know I checked it out after Street posted it on his board, so I watched it move very easily and bought some. Now, I read this person continually talking about this other board, but I am not going to run and sell my shares without some real proof. Like I said this is the internet, so I don't know what that poster's intentions are. Without proof I don't care!

I, for one, have been watching this stock and have seen that, while its price closed at 70% higher than Friday's close, it was even higher at one time. I noticed that the ask was thin all day long, yet the price, after its initial burst, really didn't move as much as could be expected for such a thin ask and such high volume.

I don't know who this One Play a Day group is, or if they even exist, but what I can only assume (and, in assuming, I can most definitely be wrong) is that the price may have been manipulated by someone, thus preventing it from rising more than it did on such a thin ask. Maybe this basher "Know it all" could be manipulating the price and accusing this other group(?) of doing so in order to divert attention from himself.

Just a thought and just an assumption about which I have no definite proof and neither does he.

Noone has a clue what happened, so naturally, they think the usual things are in play.

People, the Ihub group, which formerly posted on the One Play a Day board moved offsite and continued picking stocks to run.

Their play today was ECGR.

Now, whether this is a legit "investment" or flip or what have you, is immaterial TODAY, tomorrow and possibly for the rest of the week.

Your stock is being manipulated.
