there is opportunity here based SOLEY on share structure

the last public information of share structure was in 2006.

they changed transfer agents after that. they are now with continental, gagged. i called yesterday.

they have most likely worked out a conversion arrangement with cornell aka yorkshire, it looks like ecgr was into cornell for about 5.5m

i think it is safe to say cornell does not walk away with nothing.

nobody on this board has any idea what the share structure is.
