Any pink sheet "going concern" with less than $1 Million Market Cap isn't marketing itself to investors - this isn't a bad thing, its just their decision.

As for ECGR, I've said before... I really don't know if its a going concern... I want it to be, but without news, you never know. I REALLY think there is opportunity here based SOLEY on share structure. If they put out news OR if someone pumps this and creates hype (like last time) it can certainly run to $.02.

I'm totally on the sidelines (I do have about a million shares), but I really don't know more than anyone else here. Its a coin flip.

My DD consists of flipping a coin. Don't follow my advice. But, feel free to add me as a favorite!
