it really is sad for the shareholders of long standing that they lost that point street landing project and everything else.

i actually feel bad for mcfarlane.

really bad timing in the re market and then those toxic loan deals.

the hfa phone is disconnected. i left a message for dan. we will see. maybe i can catch him off guard like the ihubber did in 08.:)
