As a long time supporter for DEVM, it appears that with the new SEC Rule taking effect in September that the DEVM Symbol and ticker , since it lost the Pink Current Status is in jeopardy. Quite the shame as many invested there and was looking to really support Devmar moving forward on the St. Pete and Ft. Meyers projects.
Hopefully you can update all on any intentions as the CEO this coming week as September starts .

Securities that do not meet the Rule’s disclosure standard will have their public quotes removed from Pink as of the September deadline.

No DEVM was not current two days ago, they just updated their Annual List in NVSOS. During the pandemic , Mark D stopped the disclosures for DEVM so for the time being until THE METRO project gets rolling it is what it is .

What keeps me here is, the STORY plus the Share Structure-- With the RIGHT news (like mention anything with Marriot) this thing could go to .40 in a nano second. THAT'S why I stick around. Own it from before ticker change. I refuse to leave till I bank it BIG.
The volume on this stock is either zero, or 3000 shares traded like today. Last week the price was moving with zero volume. Not sure why, thought price can only move if there is volume. Just mentioning, nothing pro or con.

Looks like time for Mr. Rick Baker with his connections to get in there prior , you are correct with all the investment Devmar has done with the St. Pete Vantage Lofts and working with the EDGE District , that they need get the "Preserve the Burg" group in line.

I know in my past in some development around the Port of Oakland California , there was a group that was always 'worried' about items even though the development was great for an underdeveloped of Oakland , creating jobs and commerce. It went through so hopefully it
goes well for your folks.
