Good luck next week at the City Meeting on "THE METRO" meeting . Agree with your statement about the "Burg Committee" should have
brought out items some time ago.

Looks like time for Mr. Rick Baker with his connections to get in there prior , you are correct with all the investment Devmar has done with the St. Pete Vantage Lofts and working with the EDGE District , that they need get the "Preserve the Burg" group in line.

I know in my past in some development around the Port of Oakland California , there was a group that was always 'worried' about items even though the development was great for an underdeveloped of Oakland , creating jobs and commerce. It went through so hopefully it
goes well for your folks.
