I see now that you are listed under Devmar Development with Mark DeMaria . Unfortunately due to the filings not being timely OTC Markets
has down graded the DEVM symbol from YIELD (was waiting for the Attorney letter and Annual report) to Market. Needs those filings
to get up to at least Pink Current.

I have been communicating with Mark DeMaria for the past two years, so with the new format of THE METRO under construction and the
Ft. Myers Vantage under way it is important to keep it Current in OTC Markets . Currently it can not be traded with the MARKET symbol via
the bigger Brokers like Etrade etc.
