The new and Improved DEVM format is about to be announced by Mark D , CEO and the filings are coming in . This is "not your normal OTC Ticker" , this is the real deal, real company , real projects, successful for years in the Private Business world now going Public . It will involve all the Florida Devmar Projects under way and listed below . This comes after the St. Pete Vantage was completed and Devmar found that that format of Leasing and selling units in Florida is the way to go, it was fully Leased out in less than a few months. Now THE METRO is half way complete (see pics in Item 1) and the other projects are right on schedule. Mark has continued to add to the Team for the Marketing side , plus moved all the main offices from MN , to FLORIDA for a reason . Mark and Team are going to use DEVM as the PUBLIC side of these facilities, and when the filings are completed and with this Share Structure it will explode so fast best to have a position now.
