we will see some action , sure would like to see it. My thought is they are going through a Legal update from where they were prior, before changing gears after the COVID Hotel item with the original Marriott deal .

I see now that you are listed under Devmar Development with Mark DeMaria . Unfortunately due to the filings not being timely OTC Markets
has down graded the DEVM symbol from YIELD (was waiting for the Attorney letter and Annual report) to Market. Needs those filings
to get up to at least Pink Current.

I have been communicating with Mark DeMaria for the past two years, so with the new format of THE METRO under construction and the
Ft. Myers Vantage under way it is important to keep it Current in OTC Markets . Currently it can not be traded with the MARKET symbol via
the bigger Brokers like Etrade etc.

I realize there are other issues while Devmar is being restructures from MN to Florida, but can you folks look into this?
